I was then examined by a nursing assistant (blood pressure, fever, etc.). Then I was referred to the emergency practice, which is also in the house. I was called in French. Since I do not understand and speak French, I asked the doctor to speak in German, which is a matter of course. However, she did not understand me and took out the iPhone and asked her questions via Google translator, so that I EVER understood something. She measured my blood pressure, fever, etc. again, which was done 10 minutes ago.
I wonder how you can hire non-German speaking doctors in SWITZERLAND. I felt like a tourist who went to a hospital abroad. My complaints were not resolved either. NEVER AGAIN!!!
