My wife loves chocolate and we found Chocolates by Michelle by accident, or as my wife puts it, by fate. Fans for life!

My daughter is diabetic and good sugar free chocolate is really hard to find. I ordered some for her for Valentines day, and she is absolutely in love with their chocolate. She said it is the best that she has ever had. She had the chocolate caramels, chocolate peanut butter cups, and the chocolate covered cherries. I don't usually care for sugar free chocolates, but even I was impressed. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Badass chocolate, can I say that? Like any other high end chocolatetier, lots of displayed candy that lets you build your own, or, boxes pre packed. I hate this place, because I look like a chipmunk when I leave.

This is our second time ordering from Michelle's! We ordered a variety of treats in milk chocolate -- the lollipops, marshmallows, oreos, rice crispies and the pretzels for my daughter's 18th Bday! The ordering process was quick and easy! The chocolates were packaged beautifully with care and looked gorgeous on display on the dessert table! Our chocolates were ready one day before the event, too! We're very pleased and super happy with the final product this second time around! Thank you! Highly recommend this little gem in our neighborhood for all of your sweets, treats and for catering as well!

Saw the news clip about this place on Spectrum 13. The bombs look phenomenal. However, I would be concerned about buying anything from this place. If the person in the clip cannot wear a mask properly, which is consider a simple task, how can I be sure she is following all food safety protocols correctly.

A cute little shop! This store is filled with delectable chocolates!!! Michelle is so creative. She has some awesome designs! There is an array of candy for sale as well as chocolate supplies! You can special order items for your special occasion!!!

I hate writing negative reviews and this one is no different. In an age of technology and efficiency, this place needs to get with it. While I appreciate the ladies running the show are old fashioned, manually writing down everything, manually calculating pricing and weights, and manually taking down orders and shipping addresses while the line is out the door should be a sign that you need to conform to the times. What went from an hour long lunch break with the boss lady stopping by to pick up my 9 day order-ahead of time order, turned into a 50 mins wait while they made the chocolate bombs and left me to wrap them at work because I was late. I d like to think I was the exception however while standing there several customers were calling to ask where their deliveries were that were due over an hour before and the business was closing for the weekend in 30 mins, etc. Don t get me wrong the chocolate bombs were great and the ladies were friendly and apologetic, but poor customer service and terrible business execution will keep me from coming here again. With tech being so advanced and the ease to make everything digital and efficient, there is no reason to continue operating like this unless all you want to cater to is retirees who aren t in a hurry or who don t care if their planned orders arrive on time or if at all.

My Hubby got me this strawberry cover in the most yum milk chocolate soo good totally recommend them, so excited to try more things from them

The chocolate covered popcorn and the small box of chocolates was delicious! However, it'd be nice if the pictures on the website were better quality as it was difficult to see. Additionally, their ordering/pick up system is archaic so hopefully they update it/organize better in the future.

Excellent chocolate but the best part is the chocolate custom shapes they make.

So rude. Really overpriced and the owner just yells over her employees while you re trying to talk to them. Don t waste your time or money here.
