I get the idea that people with a very low IQ work at the municipality of Vlaardingen. On the first attempt, I hang up before I get someone on the line, on the second try a confused woman who doesn't understand my question (no matter how simple I formulate it). With a request to be called back quickly, I get the message that I just have to wait 3 days because this is the time that stands for this. Customer friendliness is really strange to these people.
