If I could give a zero rating

If I could give a zero rating I would. If you have alternative choices for any visa needs, use them. Long story, but they represented a need for a Brazil visa; we filed; they took our money. E-visa site was a disaster. VFS customer service was almost non-existent. Brazil gov' quickly reversed announcement and delayed the need for a visa by three months; so we immediately asked for a refund (no longer needed a visa on our early visit dates). VFS kept the money & continued to process visa request that was no longer needed by us. The only time they communicated regularly was when we asked for the refund... then VFS said NO, NO, NO with no reasonable explanation. DO NOT USE THEM and share this with your fellow travelers

Worst visa application centre to submit any countries visa. The staff is always loitering around in the premises no one is working.

The timing of the center is 8am and the staff comes by 8:15 at their ease. And if we are late then they say sorry i cannot accept your case as the submission time has passed away. The staff will never accept your application in one go they keep on asking you for different documents each time you go.
Dead slow in taking cases.

Pathetic service, the staff is always clueless regarding how the consulate works.

Rather die than going again to the vfs!!!!

Idiots sitting in this office. They don't even know what visa rules for a specific country are and the requirements are not updated on their website. Can't help but have to co - ordinate with these people.

I had applied for Super Priority Visa for U.K. Also priority Lounge. I was given an appointment for 8:15 am to report at Express Tower office. I reported sharp at 8:15am. I was made to sit in the lounge. An officer collected my papers. A few minutes later a lady officer came in and said that while my biometrics will be taken, I may get passport next day. I agreed and waited in the lounge. Nothing happened till 10 am. Then I went out and inquired with the same lady as to why was I not being called since I am waiting since 8:15. When I complained strongly, I was called in at 10:15 & my biometrics were taken. It is obvious that the biometric machine was accepting information. Only it was not able to upload it.
It seems that the person in charge just forgot to call me and wasted my two hours.

SMS service is useless we paid 300 for 3 files but...

SMS service is useless we paid 300 for 3 files but got no updates about passport curier tracking number. I had to call customer care for details than why they took 300 for sms service ?? And it took 4days to reach our passports and curier fee for that is RS 300 per passport which is for express delivery but delivered after 4 days of disodisp from embassy.

Trying to call on urgent basis. There is no one to attend. In the que for 30 minutes. Very poor service. Bandra Kurla office has mobile number to contact which is wrong number then it was turned off. Where should someone contact if they need to SPEAK to someone.
