The service in this case was fine. Furthermore, this municipality should be closed as soon as possible and back to an independent Bussum, Muiden and Naarden for more administrative power, efficiency and involvement.

Every time I had to arrange something or find out something through the congregation, I was helped in a friendly, quick and effective way. That is why I do not agree at all with the opinions of the other reviewers.

Citizens are very difficult.
Bussum has Olympic BOAs, they are faster than light with giving tickets and work hard and score great. After the experiences with the Olympic BOAs, people no longer come to Bussum.

Poorly functioning municipality. After 5 months the mails will not be answered regarding a declaration of a polluted house in an apartment building. Last town hall visited, extremely unfriendly and low-skilled employees who are actually ignorant. When you enter the building through the entrance, it looks like you are entering a slaughterhouse, because there are plastic slats in front of the entrance.

Treated really badly. No service, never answers. It's a shame. The mayor also does not answer letters and the complaint service does not listen. If you are having trouble, this municipality will bury you. It cannot help.

Very bad. Self-official complaint, nobody does anything. Yes, I received a letter that "the case officer is handling this letter". That is exactly being for what I got to my complaint about their ways of doing. since then nothing more and my emails are never answered. Unbelievable and it is a benefit that is not paid, but nobody wants to bless why or how or what. Just don't pay and that someone is hungry doesn't matter. Monsters!

Went to register in the Town Hall. They are very helpful and the process was a breeze.

What an incredibly bad operator, went answering my question google did not know the answer, was obnoxious and not customer friendly.

Bad communication. To extend my son's passport 6x has been up and down. Letter at the door with staff outing. Do not report that your son must be present when you collect the passport. Etcetera.

Had very different experiences here. The staff is very nice and helps you well. However, you do not want to be here at the busy times because it takes a century before you are helped.

Deeply sad service and customer focus on the town hall. The parking policy is also to cry.

Not flexible, distant and arrogant. But try to resolve the issue through politics and the media.

I could easily howl and how slowly it all goes at our town house ... But I have also lived in other regions and compared to, for example, Zaandam Amsterdam, Veenendaal, houses etc etc as far as I'm concerned Bussum certainly deserves 4 stars ... The remaining star is for the fact that every town hall scores terribly bad on the same points ...

Too bad you can't give negatives. A normal answer to a normal question is not given. The broom may drastically go through this.

Read lots of negative feedbacks here and I was really scared when was going to register my new home address in Bussum.

When I come to Gemeente on Monday (walk-ins without appointments are welcome on Mondays) I was impressed by helpfulness of personnel, ticket system (in Dutch, but someone will help you to find what you need). All my questions were resolved: registration of foreign marriage certificate, registration of me and my wife in apartments. Everything fast, professional and with smile. This time (today) I went to apply for foreign driver license exchange and I can say absolutely same things: helpful counter selected proper ticket for me, lots of space to wait in line (I was waiting 15 minutes), quiet and nice atmosphere - my documents were accepted during just 5 minutes. Thank you Gooise Merent Gementee employees!

Rude, unfriendly and slow staff. Two older ladies talked to each other instead of helping customers...
