Read lots of negative feedbacks here and I was really scared when was going to register my new home address in Bussum.

When I come to Gemeente on Monday (walk-ins without appointments are welcome on Mondays) I was impressed by helpfulness of personnel, ticket system (in Dutch, but someone will help you to find what you need). All my questions were resolved: registration of foreign marriage certificate, registration of me and my wife in apartments. Everything fast, professional and with smile. This time (today) I went to apply for foreign driver license exchange and I can say absolutely same things: helpful counter selected proper ticket for me, lots of space to wait in line (I was waiting 15 minutes), quiet and nice atmosphere - my documents were accepted during just 5 minutes.
