How far does politics want to move away from the citizen?
Not flexible, distant and arrogant. But try to resolve the issue through politics and the media.
This morning I had some time to apply for a passport, system indicates that they are full for today. I need a passport. I can't go on for the rest of the week.
And if I don't have internet?
It is also indicated on the site with an advertising banner that as of February 1 is only possible by agreement. This is not stated on the appointment page. I had missed the banner .....
