GEM Transportation was the vendor I was least satisfied with on our wedding day. I can say that they showed up on time, went where we asked, and transported my wedding party but our safety and the safety of our belongings was definitely compromised. And when I tried to reach out I was not responded to with good customer service.
GEM had a good price for their service at least. However, when we left the bus to visit a bar, the driver admittedly left the bus unattended to run a personal errand. While this happened the bus window was shattered and we then had to keep using the bus, AS GLASS WAS FALLING, to get to the wedding reception. There was no apology made when I tried to communicate with GEM afterwards. Thankfully nothing was stolen and no one was hurt as the glass kept falling.
Drivers are treated essentially as slaves by the Overriding Company. - GEM Transportation . Drivers/chauffeurs are treated kindly by most clients. BUT MOST Clients ASSUME the chauffeur is treated as kindly by their Company...NOT SO>>> Excruciating Long hours and Excruciating long days - One day off Every Week - a dream. And from what I've heard, No Other Chauffeur Services should rank as high!.
Used them for a family trip to the airport. Prompt, courteous and professional. Can't ask for more.

I had worked with GEM before through my work, so I knew they provided courteous and friendly drivers and clean and updated shuttles. So it was no surprise to me on my wedding day that the shuttle service was fantastic. Our driver was on time and willing to go with the flow, as we added an additional photo location on the fly. He kept the shuttle warm on our chilly wedding day and helped passengers in and out of the shuttle. Great work!
I rented a bus and the driver was great he was on time picking my cousin up bring her to the park waiting at our family reunions and took her back great service
