GEM Transportation was the vendor I was least satisfied with on our wedding day. I can say that they showed up on time, went where we asked, and transported my wedding party but our safety and the safety of our belongings was definitely compromised. And when I tried to reach out I was not responded to with good customer service.
GEM had a good price for their service at least. However, when we left the bus to visit a bar, the driver admittedly left the bus unattended to run a personal errand. While this happened the bus window was shattered and we then had to keep using the bus, AS GLASS WAS FALLING, to get to the wedding reception. There was no apology made when I tried to communicate with GEM afterwards. Thankfully nothing was stolen and no one was hurt as the glass kept falling.
