I have been waiting for over 2 months for GEM to resolve an issue. They do not respond to my calls, promises of call backs or responses are ignored, works are booked in then do not go ahead and they general level and knowledge of the staff seems to be non-existent. I have never dealt with some bad companies before but Gem are as far from a professional organisation that I have come across. The fact they seem to hold no recognised property management ISO's or accreditations should tell you all you need to know.
