And many special thanks to Jacob, who performed a thorough internal/external service at our house, and explained a few things along the way to me. Thank you, Geiger's, and keep up the good work!

Geiger s came in under the other quote we had received. Their rep was very professional on the two visits to the home that he conducted. The process was completed well before the quoted time, and there was no damage to the property whatsoever. I can t recommend them enough.

The best customer service. They will do whatever it takes to please the owner. Highly recommend these honest company.

We started using Geiger s Pest Services a little more than a year ago after a recommendation from our friend Mike from the YMCA. They said they really liked everything about the company, and they were right! We have used both the regular pest control arm of the company, and also had to have our house tented for termites last year, so they took care of both for a reasonable price and with professional and on-time conduct.
I think it s time now for US to recommend them!

Geigers Pest Control Services has been my Pest Control for Termites & Rodent Pest probably about 15 years or so now. Gary the Owner has personally taken the time to come inspect my Home. I ve always gotten Great Service Over & Above my Expectations. Their Technicians that do inspections or the actual Service also go above and beyond.
Same with their Office Personnel. Crystal is one that due to a TBI Injury went out of her way to take care of my Needs as I have a Warranty That I ve had for years that should a Termite Problem ever happen it s Covered
I can t give them a High Enough Recommendation for all your Pest Control Needs. 5 s isn t High Enough.
They ve been my Go To & a Real Blessing.
And Gary is an Air Force Veteran so Please Support Our Veterans as we also had that common Bond being an AF Veteran myself.

Absolutely the best pest control service around! All of their technicians are professional and truly care about my property and getting all the pests out. We have been a loyal customer for many years and would highly recommend them!

I called to schedule an appointment for an inspection on a Friday. Given the lengthy proximity from where I work to my home, I could not make an appointment during standard business hours outside of lunch so I made a lunch time appointment. I was given an appointment at 12PM the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, the day of the inspection had horrific weather so the standard 30 minute drive took almost 45 minutes. I showed up to the appointment 5 minutes late only to receive an "I'm sorry we missed you" note. I called the office and was basically told "Oh sorry. With the weather being bad, our technician just left thinking that you were not coming" While the punctuality was nice, it showed an utter lack of class to neither make a reminder phone call before the appointment or a "Hey, I'm at your house" phone call before leaving. I will not be doing business with them.

Everyone at Geiger is great at making sure we are satisfied with the service they provide. They are thorough and punctual.

Very friendly and effective service. If any issues occur between visits they are happy to come back and treat again and that has rarely been necessary.

At the recommendation of my realtor, when I purchased my first home, Geiger's Pest Services conducted my termite inspection. After moving in, I decided I wanted to obtain pest control services. Because GPS already had my home information on file, I decided to give them a try. Upon scheduling an appointment with Jeanine, it was confirmed to me over the phone and via email that my home would be serviced the following Monday and the technician would give me a call prior to his arrival. On the Monday of my appointment, I called in the morning to confirm my appointment time and was told by Jeanine that I would receive a call when the tech was on his way. I never received a call from the technician. I called GPS the same day, spoke with Jeanine again, who told me that the technician showed up but did not service my home because I was not there. She claimed she was unaware that I needed a phone call from the tech prior to his arrival. We rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday, and she promised that I would receive a call the next time. On Wednesday, I confirmed with Jeanine that morning that the tech would arrive around 11am. I arrived at my home at 11am and I waited 1.5 hours without the technician arriving and no phone call. Upon calling Jeanine, she stated that the tech was running late and was going to arrive around 1pm instead. She did not apologize, only offered me the phone number for the tech. He was unable to get to my home until 1:45 so I did not have my home serviced because I had to return to work. The tech apologized and said Jeanine would call me. I received no call. The next day, I phoned Jeanine and she said that because she had not heard from me, she was not able to reschedule me until Wednesday of next week. She said she had left me a voicemail, and upon inquiring as to the number she was calling, it was confirmed that she had been calling the wrong number. I promptly told her that I would not be using GPS for any services due to the terrible customer service. She simply said, "okay." As a first time customer, this was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had our house tented in March have not seen a bug since. It's was a very pleasant experience very fast time response and only two days spent away from home. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

We used Geiger's Pest Services for an Inspection on a home we were looking into purchasing, they were very friendly and professional over the phone. Derek, our inspector, had great communication and saved us some headaches during our home buying process (first time for us, so any saved headaches are a big win). Was very helpful to answer our many questions on site and provided the report in a very timely manner. Would use them again & recommend them for inspections.

My family recently used Geiger's Pest Services to tent a relative's house and they did an excellent job of communicating with us through the process and successfully executing the project. My wife and I also use the company for preventative services at our home, and we could not be more pleased with the attentiveness and customer service displayed by their technicians - they have even gone above and beyond to schedule visits outside of normal business hours to accommodate our crazy work schedules. They provide excellent value for the price and I can honestly recommend Geiger's Pest Services as a quality service provider.

These people are so good I mess them around when I'm going to be there, they always accommodate me. My wife blames me for every bug that enters the house or garage. These guys and girl keep me out of trouble. Thank you

Geiger's Pest Service group of employees are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have been using there service for the past 5 years and have no regrets.

I have used their quarterly pest control service at my home for over 4 years now and they are great. They are always nice to talk to when I call and come out anytime I might need them (like in the summer after a lot of rain). The young lady and the young guy who service my house are also very professional and polite. I have never had any issues with pests since starting with them and they are very affordable. I would recommend.

I am a realtor and Geiger is my go to when it comes to servicing my clients. Their staff is very friendly (especially my girl Michelle), helpful and responsive and their prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend them to everyone that needs a pest control service.

I cannot believe they tented a house knowing an animal was trapped inside. They wouldn't even let the owner retrieve the cat before hand. The cat was later retrieved but it was too late . I would avoid this company.. and I cannot understand how this company is still with business with such low morals.

Haven t seen a bug since I started with Geiger four years ago. Great pricing, very accommodating services and the techs have great demeanor and customer skills. 5 stars!

My mother-in-law had her house tented by Geiger's with outstanding results! I urge you to compare many factors like our family did before deciding on just a cheaper price! Geiger's is not only very competitively priced, but the quality in the whole experience from meeting with the inspector, salesman, and their fumigation team was wonderful. Compare the excellent job they do wrapping homes......the tarps are always tight and conforming, therefore minimizing the chance of it leaking or blowing open in windy conditions. Geiger's is the only logical choice when it comes to Pest Control & Fumigation!!

Highly recommend these guys! Prices are extremely fair, staff is friendly and helpful. We tented with them and they were quick and efficient. They also offer a warranty that is very reasonable.

my wife and I just recently came home from having our house tented. Upon arrival we going to the kitchen and we find the complete an entire contents of our freezer and refrigerator, in the middle of our kitchen floor in bags. we have lost all of our food hundreds if not more than 300, or notre, worth of food and not so much as a return phone call from the pest control company after my complaint. I highly recommend that no one use this company this company is a slumlord contracted pest control company and I should have looked at the reviews first. Attached are a few videos that I took of the waste. just to add I am disabled, amputee and legally blind and can't afford to lose all this money. Furious I'm beyond upset and let down.

My property management group went through this service. Horrible response time if you get a tenting done and they need to come back. 3 weeks to come back after tenting! Hope you enjoy your new pets.

Go with a company that understands having termites flying above your head at night is a BAD thing and shouldn t have to live like this.

They were not on time for the initial consultation. Late for putting up the tent. According to my cameras they put up The rent late and took it down early. No wonder I still have them! 16 hours minimum is how long it was up for.

I woukd rate them a zero but I wasn't given that option. My only experience with this company was when I was following one of their vehicles today on 4th street and something fell out of the back of the truck since nothing in the back was secured down in the truck from what I saw. Luckily because of my observation I was following way back and sure enough something fell out of the back of the truck. When I called to let the company know that something fell out of the back of the truck I was given an attitude by the girl who answered the phone. Then she rudely transferred me to another lady who then preceded to tell me that they don't carry anything like that in the back of their trucks, even though I saw it happen while I was driving and managed to avoid an accident! Then she had the nerve to ask me why I waited an hour to call and report this? Well because #1 it is ILLEGAL to talk in the phone while you are driving. #2 common sense, I was a little shaken up! #3 not being from the area and since I was behind the truck, I had to get home and look up this company to get the phone number to call them and tell them what happened. Only to be given an attitude. I wouldn't call this company if they were the last pest service in the state because of that lacking in customer service. And caution DO NOT DRIVE CLOSE TO THEIR TRUCKS IN CASE SOMETHING FLIES OUT!!

I would highly recommend Geiger's to anyone needing pest control services! We received a quote for a termite tenting from another company that was ridiculously high. We were looking for a second opinion and Geigers's came out for an estimate, which ended up being over 3 times lower than the other company. They are very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They answered all of questions and any concerns that we had. Will definitely be using them in the future for any pest needs.

Very prompt. Everyone on the job was very professional. The heat index was extreme the day of tenting. And we met the owner. It speaks volumes when an owner gets sweaty right beside employee's.

We had tried two other pest control companies but still occasionally had bugs. It is Florida, but We called Geiger Pest Control, great tech arrived and never seen a bug since. Amazing job and great value. I've recommended to other friends and family as well.

Being a seasonal resident of Florida I needed a company I could trust with a known track record of customer service. I checked with the management of our resident owned park and they said they used Geiger s. Knowing how well the park we live in is run I decided to try them. It s more of a preventive measure and not an infestation problem. They are professional, friendly and willing to explain in detail my questions. We have them out quarterly (preceded by a heads up phone call to me) to spray the outside permiter and at least once a year, spring or summer they power the stuff under the house. When I m here I have them do the interior of our home and the sheds. I understand that since I am under contract if we have a problem they will address it no extra cost. I do need to ask them more detail about termites if we ever have that issue. I d expect it wound cost extra to tent the dwelling. So far so good and NO up-selling like other home service companies I ve dealt with. I can t say how they compare price wise but for a year it works out to about a dollar a day and they are available if I need them out between treatments at no extra if I have an issue.

Great company. I have used Geiger's Pest Services twice. First, for a dry wood termite tenting, and more recently, for a subterranean preventive treatment. There staff is always professional and thorough. And there pricing is very reasonable.

We have not had no insect problems since they have been treating our houses. We have used them since we bought our first home in 2001. Reliable, friendly, polite and appreciates your business.
They are the only pest service I would recommend in the area and I have done so many times and no one has complained about them to me.

We are already set up for termite treatment,so why not have them do it all.they said noon Monday and he was 15 minutes early,friendly, professional, and even sprayed my out buildings, everything.and guaranteed.So we say ,put away the can of bug spray and call them.if you add it up you are money and time ahead.

Our neighbors had their house tented this week. The workers left our backyard in disarray and left our reed fence open. When I let the dog out, next thing I know she's in the front yard.
If you need to move things, put it back as you found it! If you are for some reason incapable of putting things back where you found it, at least leave a note in the front door.

We bought our home in 2007 and are selling it this year. We inherited GPS from the previous owner and have been very satisfied with their professionalism, responsiveness and care. The bi-monthly treatments have kept our property pest-free, and the warranties we carry have been honored and given us great peace of mind. Thanks for 8+ years of great service!

I was once told that as a Florida homeowner, if you don't have termites now, you will soon; it's just par for the course in our state. So when they start swarming, give Geiger a call.

There was a guy who saw his cat run under a house they were tenting. He tried to stop them so he could get his cat out. They wouldn't let him and they ended up killing his cat.

Excellent service. We called and booked over the phone. Derek came out later that week. Was very polite, wore a face mask, took off his shoes and was super sweet to our excited pup. Geigers has been taking care of my home for a couple years, they are a great local company to work with. Recently my quarterly outdoor spraying was coming due and I received an update ahead of time, which is always appreciated. That being said I felt it was time for an indoor treatment so I gave the office a call and Michelle was prompt with a response and she was able to give the service tech an update. I work away from my home and needed to meet the tech on site on the day of service, Daniel gave me a call ahead of time so I could meet him when I got home. He was absolutely professional and very thorough. I appreciate their attention to customer service and the personable relationship with everyone at the company.

My house was tented quickly after meeting with salesperson. Their price was very competitive. It was a no hassle process. Their twnting crew even took off an antenna I forgot to remove. I would recommend this company.

We used Geiger's in March of this year and while our vehicles were being treated on Geiger's property one of them was broken into and almost $10000 worth of documented property was stolen. Since then we have only been able to talk with Julie as she will not put us through to Gary who was the one we were dealing with when this happened. She is rude, has yelled at us, name called, cursed at us, and even accused us of stealing our own property. Geiger s is refusing to take care of the damage to the vehicle and replace or reimburse us for our stolen property. And to top it off the bugs were back in 35 days. Where they decided to void their 90 day warranty and broke their contract and refunded the treatment cost but nothing toward the damage and loss due to their gross negligence. We were told our property would be safe and secure there and that they were fully insured. Then come to find out their gate was broken and they had no type of security at that point and refused to take care of the situation. One of the employees had even come to us after the fact stating he was a convicted felon and wanted no involvement in this. These are really poor business ethics and apparently we are not the only ones who have received this kind of treatment from them by other reviews I have seen. I would never wish this on my worst enemy let alone a paying customer. I clearly would urge anyone to avoid this company at all cost. All of the above is documented and under investigation with the St. Petersburg police dept. and is 100% provable!!!!!!

Knowingly killed our neighborhood cat. Tented a house knowing the cat was under there... would not let my neighbors try and retrieve the cat and it died a horrible death. Do not use this company.

The Geiger's team is fantastic. They do the quarterly pest control on my small apartment building and they are always on time, courteous, and professional. They also use safe pesticides where possible to limit exposure to people and pets. Additionally, they have made themselves available directly to my residents, which relieves significant burden from the management side. I would recommend them to anyone.
