If I could give less than 1 star I would. They forged a service document years ago (2012) to say I was still under contract so they could charge me a measly $150 cancelation fee. 4 years later, these people send me to collections for something I thought was resolved. I noticed that my lengthy complaint to the BBB has been removed as well.
Here it is: Consumer's Original Complaint :

"This company sent me to collections 2 days after I called to cancel my service for a cancellation fee that did not apply to me.

I engaged Geigers Pest Services in late September of 2011, just after I bought my home. The service tech at the time, was the sole reason I went with Geigers. On October 5th 2012 after i found out they fired my tech, I called to ask why and the owners wife was incredibly rude. She in fact hung up on me twice. I called back and cancelled my service because of this exchange and was hung up on a third time so I faxed in my cancellation notice. Two days later, I got a call from a collection company saying I owed $150 in cancellation fees, plus a $16 cell fee ( that's not in the contract).She provided a signed contract without a date to the collection agency, along with an internal screen snapshot of service dates that had obviously been manipulated, she also inclued the name of a tech, Andy, which whom I've never met.

The contract had a fax date, at the top of the page, of 1/13/2008. The contract states that a fee would apply within the first year of service, which I was outside of. And for the record, Julie Geiger should never allow herself to deal with customers in any verbal capacity. Doing so is a wonderful way to lose customers. "

I would find another company to do business with and check your credit report in case they want to hamstring you like they are doing to me.

I absolutely highly recommend Geiger's Pest Services! I have had issues with both drywood and subs for a few years. I have had three different companies out.
The last company simply "sprayed" around three sides of my house to treat for subs! The man was finished in 20 minutes or less! Anyone who has had issues with subs and a simple google search, you know this is NOT how subs are treated and is not effective at all.
Geiger's was great from start to finish- with scheduling, inspection and especially the treatment.
Christina Cline and her assistant were very knowledgeable and thorough. They were probably here close to three hours- which was a night and day experience from the last company- this made me feel less worried and that this time I can feel way more confident that the job was done correctly and effectively!! I am also confident, that should the subs return, Geiger's won't leave me hanging- they will come back when and if necessary!
Peace of mind goes a very long way!!!

Dont bother. Filled out online contact form. Zero response then called only receive a voicemail leave message zero call back left another message lady called back said call her..I called just got voicemail again as of now still no call. Too much. Obviously dont want business

Had Geiger Pest Service schedule and perform a tenting for termites. The company was prompt for the inspection visit, the pre-tenting visit, the actual tenting, and on sending in the charge for the service.
My problem with GPS is that they were negligent in their care of my house. I returned to the house on Saturday before noon when the GPS employee was posting the stickers that the house was clear. He informed me, face to face, that all was well and that they were done a little early since it was Saturday and they did not like to work too late on Saturdays. What he failed to inform me of was a 5 inch by 6 inch hole broken completely through the roof of my garage (see photos posted below). The hole was obviously made by someone's foot going through the entire roof, not something that is easily missed. The hole was easily seen on entering the garage as the sky was clearly visible in the darkened garage. A GPS employee had gone into the garage since the overhead light was left on, so there's no doubt that they knew of the hole, but just chose to ignore it. I discovered the hole several hours later when entering the garage during a rainstorm that had covered our area most of the day and intensified later in the afternoon. I spent several hours doing an impromptu patch, getting materials for a real patch and repairing the broken wooden sub-roof and roofing tiles in the rain. All of this only because I went into the garage by chance. If I had not done so, the garage would have been flooded and the roof ruined secondary to rain running into the wooden supporting structure.
I immediately make my displeasure known to the rep via text messages which he failed to answer all weekend. On Monday, I finally got him to respond and he lamely replied that he tried to call me a number of times but that he was unable to reach me, a situation I find hard to understand since I was able to receive calls all weekend from other people.
On Monday afternoon, I finally talked with him and described the damage in more detail. I also informed him that the people who cleared the structure for entry on Saturday failed to place a sticker on the electric box indicating that the house was cleared as they were supposed to do.....another example of people rushing to get done on Saturday because, "We don't like to work too late on Saturdays." He offered to bring it by later on. I left the front door to my house open so that he could see that I was home but he chose to slip it into the mailbox on the street rather than face me.
This is Tuesday morning and I've yet to hear even a word from the owner or someone else other than the rep.
ADDENDUM:
After posting: the above review this morning, I was promptly contacted and met with the Geiger technician who was in charge of the crew that tented my house. He stated that GPS was aware of the damage done to the roof and that it had occurred during the tenting process. It was reported to the GPS office on Thursday when it occurred but the information was not passed on from that point.
The GPS rep was very apologetic and courteous. He examined the site of the damage, photos of the damage and offered to mitigate the problem in any way possible. Since the damage had already been repaired, he offered a one year extension on the warranty as GPS's way of offering amends for their error. He returned later in the day to deliver a letter from Geiger's office indicating that the warranty was extended one year. I, in exchange, offered to modify this review.
I am happy to work with Geiger, now and in the future, as I had heard good reviews from my relatives and others who have used GPS. . I am satisfied with the resolution of the issue.

We have used Geiger's Pest Services for years and have been nothing but pleased. The office staff is the best in the business and we HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your unwanted pests. They are very knowledgeable when speaking to them about any questions you may have. Best choice around.

I have used Geiger's Pest services 2 times and both times have been a nightmare. The first time when then tented my house they "FORGOT" (that's what the guy told me) to remove the tent on Monday. So after paying hotel for 3 nights I had to pay for another night. They did not care and did not offer to pay for anything, and did not called me to give me heads up or anything. The second time I had to used them again because I had been paying for the yearly fee to keep the warranty and the house need it to be tented again. This time they had me schedule for Friday again, but did not put the tent until Saturday. Also when I came back on Monday I noticed they had damaged one window. I called them a couple of days later, and the supervisor came to look at it and he said he was going to send the window guy to repair the window. Couple of days later a couple of guys from Geiger came to look at the window and told me the window cannot be fix that it has to be replaced. They told me that someone from the office was going to call me the same day, nothing happen until I called them back a couple of days later and the supervisor told me they are not going to pay for the window, that they will give me one year "Free" of the warranty. and I told him that I do not want that, I need my window fix. He send me an email saying that it was gross negligence from my part because I did not notify them in 24 hours. As if we did not had to put everything back together in the house, after being at a hotel for 3 nights. At the time it was not a priority, I did not think it was going to be an issue, they busted the window and they did not fix it. They have no regards for customer. They they advantage of you because of the situation you are in. I used them 2 times, and both terrible

Great termite eradication and timely tenting. They know what they d RE doing however sending an inexperienced employee to inspect on the anniversary is not a sign of professionalism. If not for that they would have 5 stars !!

Excellent customer service from all employees. Derek was awesome answered any questions I had . Also price matched another company that had a lower price but I went with them based on customer service and the guarantee and their warranty once purchased. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fumigation services!!

We took over a warranty from the previous owner of our home in 2014. We have paid once a year for 3 years to maintain the warranty. When we didn't receive our renewal, I called and was told that the 'renewal' had expired. We were not given ANY notice AT ALL in ANY notifications. When we took over the warranty in 2014 the company said that was fine to do. The home had been tented in 2013. This morning, I was told by Crystal the warranty only lasted 10 years (from 2002-2012) and that we 'slipped through the cracks' as far as paying for a warranty. This afternoon, we received a call back from one of their techs who said the warranty was '15 years' and that it had now expired. Now please, who in their right mind would pay an annual warranty 1 year after it had been tented and pay for a total of 3 years if we had been told the warranty had either expired (according to Crystal) or would expire after 3 years (according to the tech).... who would waste their money????? WELL... call us the fools... because that's exactly what they did.... they LIED!!!.... we have absolutely nothing in writing showing an expiration date. Our renewals do not show an expiration date. We NEVER received any type of notification that the 'policy' was going to expire. NEVER use this dishonest company...... thieves....

Geiger tented our house a few months ago. I am still waiting to here back from them for the damage they did to my sidewalk. They showed up at 8:00am. The head of the crew said: "Oh we'll be back we didn't know we needed a crane" (we have a large house) But they had been to our house 3 times and they DID know. He told me it was possible they would damage the sidewalk. I had no choice but to leave and let them do the job, as I had already booked my hotel room and removed food, pets etc. But why on earth does a company who does this every day of the week not have a system whereby they can avoid ruining your sidewalk. It cost me $450 to fix my sidewalk. And they seem unwilling to help cover that cost.

Have always been happy with Geiger s service. Very accommodating with scheduling, prompt arrivals, and courteous service people. I have used them for several years and would recommend them to anyone.
