I can deal directly with an agent over the phone while wearing pajamas if I wanted to.

I was trying to get a quote on my car and this lady literally was trying to push the insurance on me trying to get me to buy it. I told her I would think about it because I wanna have options and she literally kept trying to have me buy the damn insurance. Definitely know what insurance I m not getting!! She then proceeds to say I m not trying to frustrate you. How are you not when you keep trying to push it onto me. I ve called other places and they never once tried to pushed it onto me like her. Very bad service, if only I remembered her name, I would report her.

Wow I'm not sure what this first guy was talking about. I called for a quote; everyone was on the phones. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The customer services was unbelievable; very thorough and I got the best rate that I have ever had. Since starting the policy I am able to get thru immediately every time I call and always able to speak to my agent. I've also visited the office several times and was very impressed with everyone. I would never go anywhere else.

I love doing business with them, because most issues can be handled online, plus their inexpensive, friendly and understanding

I have been with Liberty Mutual which I thought was the best rate for a preferred driver like me but I was wrong. This office increased my liability limits to 100/300 from 50/100 paying the same premium. Geico beat several insurance companies I've inquired from.What a great deal!

I would never ever recommend This insurance to anyone,very bad customer service. You would be regret of talking with them.

My 3years experience, geico is a very bad insrance company i ever seen sucking the blood of their customers, and weak customer sevice

Waited 2 hours and they didn't even put us with our party. Party of 7 sitting at 2 seperat tables. We have 4 waitress's and my table got all our food first and they forgot to make the other HALF of our party there food. I will never go there again. Rather drive to Sacramento. At least I can make reservations.

Such a cheap insurance company!

First, In case of an accident, whether by your fault or not, they make you sign the papers by force in order to pay you for your car repairment or recovery. What happened in my case, I was not at fault when the accident happened, but, they forced me to sign the paperwork indicating I was at fault. I had no other option because Geico was my only auto insurance company. They said, if I don t sign the paper works, they will not pay for the damage. Therefore, I signed the paperwork and received an amount for the damage but later on they tripled my monthly payment which was unacceptable at all. Now, because of their last high quote from them and because they recorded me as I was at fault, no any other company is giving me a discounted coverage price.

I was a victim in Geico! I urge you guys not to select this cheap company! They promise you a lot in the beginning but they provide you nothing! I had a full coverage insurance with them which means everything is covered. However, they did not provide me anything. They didnt even provide me the rental car during the time my car was under inspection.

Please guys, don t be the next victim and don t trust this company. Because, such cheap companies are sucking the blood of poor people and in return, when people are in serious need, they provide nothing but a headache.

I'm new to Geico, after only with them a couple of weeks i had to make a claim. That was 2wks ago, keep getting the run around,they said I didn't have full coverage,I do. They were supposed to send me a copy of my policy, haven't gotten it yet. Someone working on the claim for me called Tues. about 5pm I was driving and asked him to call back in 10min.that was 5 days ago

I was with them for years, and when I needed them after an accident, they did everything fast and accurate. Customer service was impressive. I've had quite a few car insurances and for me, customer service makes or breaks the company. I didn't leave Geico because of their service, I left because of their rates. They more than doubled my insurance when they found out I had a violation on my record from 2 years prior. Why did they wait 2 years? I don't know. Why did they increase it by more then double my previous rate, I don't know. They also told me I would be getting a 25.00 refund in the mail because I cancelled my policy before the period was up. yeah, never got that. Would I recommend them? If you don't have any blemishes on your driving record, yes, if you do, no. Go find some small company that doesn't charge that much, drive carefully, and when your record is clear, go to Geico. Being honest. And don't skim on coverage. If you can afford it, get it. You could regret it. Its best to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I love Geico, I can always call go in and get my any questions answered.

Horrible. They told me my account wasn't going to be overdrafted and that I had 4 days until they checked for the funds again. I went -$158 just a day after and was able to cover the transaction just barely. I don't mind paying this overpriced premium but I hate being messed with. Going to be switching soon. Goodbye, Geico hope to never do business with you again.

They give you cheap prices first but raise it for ridiculous reasons later.

I have this insurance for a while and they have the worse customers service ever, they don't help you with your insurance, they don't give you any options.
I won't recommend this location at all.

I've had Geico for over a decade .
they've been a great insurance and have always been there.
But you have to pay your premium
either online
or by phone.
because there is no agent in Redding.
being that you can't walk in the door and actually pay your bill I give them one star simply because you can .
with all of their competitors.
so that's a very bad thing as far as I'm concerned .
cuz sometimes you just have to go in and talk to him face-to-face about a problem ,
and you simply cannot do that.
But I think their service
and their ability to fix problems
if you have an accident is second to none.

The first red flag that I should have seen was that they will only do 6 month terms for auto insurance. The second red flag should have been that it costs just as much for 11 months of coverage with AAA. When I had my insurance paid through the month of June they tried to charge me again in July. The agent on the phone was rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful when it came to mitigating this issue. Dont let the cute little Gecko fool you, these guys are shysters and want nothing more than your hard earned cash. A great example of this would be their mileage reporting scheme (which no other agency that I have used has ever done.). I ride my bike to work most of the time and put less than 900 miles on my car last year. They will jack up your rates and make you fax them a mileage report to fill out. AAA, State Farm, Progressive have all never done that to me. Geico are dishonest, misleading, uncaring and just want your money. STAY AWAY

Very dissapointed in this company. We pay for roadside assistance and the two times we needed the service they could never find a tow company to work with them. After finally getting one company (on our own) we asked why they wouldn't accept payment from Geico and they stated it was because Geico literally takes months before paying a provider and sometimes even longer due to their paper work. Last night my wife's car died on her on the freeway, when we called roadside it was the same story. The representative told us they could "probably" get a provider but not till after 8am and to just leave the vehicle there. Today we are switching to a different company.

They are unprofessional, uneducated customer service people. When your car is stuck and you need help nope don t call your car insurance they won t help you

Im very disappointed of geico not only when I have full coverage and my car not even getting cover all agents are being really bad on there customer service the adjustor the is dealing with my case he's customer service is really bad the guy didn't call me during for a hole month to give information about my case at all and every time we tolk he will give wrong information .I will advise to everyone in all social media about this incident that geico will give false hope that all it is false propaganda on there commercials they won't cover you at all

A bunch of crocks got to gather and made a company named Gaico, I had a small accident and even had a police record....
The guy for inspection called me to him at the Coffee shop... I told him that this company suppose to have a place to inspect my car... Why a coffee shop?
So this guy who didn t like, what I told him...
When I met him the first thing he asked ( he wanted to check my phone... and call details...) yeah ASKED ME TO CHECK MY PHONE! And I didn t let him to check my CALL details...
So the guy left and didn t cover my loss...

In the past. Like give it a 5. Until I recently got my Jeep stolen. I'm dealing with this Joker named William. He is the worst. These guys are supposed to help me and I'm paying premium for full coverage on several cars I've had these guys for several years period around 8 years or longer. Now they treat me like s***. They don't care. Talk down to me. No help. Expect me to go down theand . And pay the tow yard. And then sometime later they'll pay me back. I don't think so. They need to handle it. The car was recovered and is in a tow yard. The tow yard was helpful, actually Sacramento Police Department was helpful. But my insurance company is give me the run-around expecting me to pay stuff up front before they do anything .a joke. I'm the victim here and I'm being treated as a criminal. Forget these guys or clowns, I'm getting a different company waste of money

For me it's been a big disappointmen t. I was with Geico for 15 plus years for them to treat me like I'm just nobody you know they are fake not what you think and they don't care about you and it's only the money that they care about but what you expect from the insurance company anyways I don't know if there's anything else in relationships but loyalty should be one of the key factors here in any relationship but as usual in any relationship you find out in the long run what kind of person your really dealing with I wish they had some morrals and maybe take a look at them self's and see what they are allowed to get away with this armed robbery that is forced upon the populations by law I hope they have some awnser s when they get to the gates of heaven because this is truly dirty act that they are doing to people is it not goes around comes around

They didn't give me a chance to buy my car back the lady that the frame wasn't even bent but they wouldn't fix it and out of a 2015 I got no money all the money I paid into it and the down payment just lost has someone stole my car

Iv only been with geico for a couple months. Car got vandalized and they wont repair the damages on my vehical , i would not recommend this insurance company to ANYONE.

No respect for Geico anymore. They give you good rate for the first time, then they raise it up for no reason on the next bill. They try to rip you off

Great! They have best representative when I called them. Especially renters insurance, I called 5 times, and waited about 5 hours still no body answered my call. I heard the boring music during my whole morning, and the auto announcer said the boring music again and again. There is no call back service. They did absolutely perfect job for doing no customer service.

I got in a little fender bender and they were AMAZING to deal with!! They gal are that helped me was kind , helpful and was everything I needed. I was super worried and she explained everything simply and clearly!!

I switched to Geico from state farm because the rates were lower and the coverage was better. However, without making any claims or tickets etc, my auto policies have gone up 40% in 1.5 years and my umbrella policy has gone up 25%!!! I think they initially give you low rates to have you switch, then hike the rates up and hope you don't notice. I called them and their explanation is that California has a lot of claims so the prices have gone up. I'm switching to another company... this is a horrible way do business.

My dad's truck got hit by a drunk driver who had Geico for his insurance. At first, the company told us that if i let my dad use my car for his work M-F, they will pay me $20 a day for it. 2 months pass by and at the end, they said because of their company policy, they cant pay me that $20/per day for letting my dad use my car. I couldnt go look for a job or anywhere cause of that.

Geico is ridiculous to say the least the first incident I had, when someone hit my car with myself and another individual in it. I had to chase them to get a plate number all to find out that Geico wasn't going to cover it. the person denied it but they had damage on their vehicle. Now that I bought a new car I got all of these emails telling me to switch to Geico? What do you think happened next yes my car was vandalized this company seems to think their customers should do all their foot work or investigating? I wont recommend them ever a bunch of game playing fools.

Man ,GEICO u all have some GREAT reps I swear. I don't know where u all recruit from but please continue... I have had the best service with this company, and trust me I am a pain in the you know what mostly all the time. However these guys are on it, I kept my cool cause they never once made me loose it. I want great service,knowledge sales reps and that personal touch. I got it all thank u GEICO for good old fashioned hospitality.... Dam this is rare

Wow this place is amazing . Iv only has my license for 3 days and I'm 17 years old .... And I now have very good insurance for a amazing price !!! The lady was so nice !!!! Exited to start driving my car !!!

They have bilingual agents and the prices are reasonable

They re friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. Plus, the call center reps with this company in general are great. Best of all, they offer the lowest premiums I have seen. Two cars with full coverage in Sacramento for the same price as one car with full coverage in Phoenix using Allstate. Give this place a try; enjoy the experience and the extra cash each month after you switch!
