Had Geico for a while, thought they were good until I need to use it, then they were terrible! No wonder it is cheap! Stay away...

This Insurance is a Scam, a total Joke!!! Spoke with several reps that all promised to give me a call after fighting with another insurance to fix my car. After several weeks I call to check the status turns out they want me to call them and fight for it. Well why the hell am I paying Geico??? Have been waiting for the supervisors call for so long that I ended up cancelling the policy. WORST INSURANCE EVER.

I was recently in a collision with a Geico customer . And I did not like the way Geico handle it first they tell me that everyone statement plus the lady's didn't match then they closed and iond it back up to say that their going off of what their client said and closing the case but how can u do that if iur stories didn't match up they did not do a good job in investing my case . The worst car insurance ever

7 years with this company and every year they continue to get worse ...customer service completely blows ...their billing ....same ... policy handling same.... I just recently dropped my motorcycle coverage a year ago. went to progressive. After dropping them they continued to bill me and state that i had coverage through them...and was taking the money out of my acc...same with my auto policies continue to sent cancellations than apologize ....their right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and vice versa...do yourself a favor find someone else I know the little lizard is cute but that's about it ...I have 5 vehicles insured through this outfit and am leaving them after this quarter billing... think goodness I never had a claim... Geico SUCKS,
They know how to charge you and how quickly to do it and if you don't pay them a second late you don't have policy. but when it comes to your claim they just unable to recover your money.

If you ask me if you will get a good price i will say yes but before the end of your policy you will receive many bills of adjustment so the total will be the most expensive insurance company I ve seen on the earth they are not clear at all and after you porches the policy you will stuck and keep paying

Horrible customer service literally the worst experience. You better hope your never have an accident because when you need them good luck having them fight for you. I never recieved one call from them after I reported it. I was rear ended when I was stopped in traffic and they made me feel like it was my fault. My own insurance company! I couldn't believe it. The person who hit me claimed he was rear ended and the guy ran off but there was no damage to the back of his car but there was close to $4000 damaged on mine so they ruled it a no fault accident. And I was responsible for my deductible. No one would even explain why? Stay away from them!

These people are the worse insurance company. My girlfriend was in accident and told her because the other car fled the scene that she can't prove anything that they will not insure the car. This is the worst customer service ever

I was with Geico for 4 years. I have a clean driving record and my payments were all on time. Geico increased my car insurance payment by $30 a month and did not inform me so I was paying the wrong amount. I got a notice in the mail with a refund check saying car insurance was cancled due to non payment. I called them and let them know I have been paying each month on time but they told me I wasn't paying the full amount due to the increased in premiums . I asked them why did my car payment increase? They said they had to increase car payment premiums to cover business expenses. I was very upset because I was not notified of the increase in payment and did not know I had been driving with no car insurance for a few weeks. Do not do business with them!!!!

The worst customer service I ever seen, they lied a lot every time i go for renewal they say something to pay and after a week you get a mail from Geico that you have to pay more money.

Because they are always available and never on hold longer then 1 minute. They are also very friendly.

Called them to get insured by GEICO, and a lady name (TERESA) answered the phone she helped me more than I expected, easy to understand and she clearly explain over and over until I understood the terms & conditions: she will deliver more than you expect from this office. thank you.

So disappointed today,
My car damaged because of natural events, like rock chips all over the car, and I have full coverage Geico insurance which they should get it repair for me, and I setup an appointment with their bodyshop, then, they were like these rock chips didn't happen in one time, so you need to claim one in a time, which there's 50 rock chips all over the car and 50 claims needed, it's our policy. which might take two years.. so funny.. no senses..

Who thought that getting insurance could be so much fun???? My mother and I went into the Madison Ave office yesterday to look into changing insurance. I just recently bought a new car. Kabrina was able to get me fully covered, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was an absolute joy to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has an energetic personality and she spoke highly of the company she works for. She spoke of how she takes pride in her work and truly loves being of service to her customers. At 22 years old, this woman has a wonderful work ethic and I hope Geico knows how lucky they are to have her. Because of my work schedule, we showed up about an hour before they closed. She was able to get my car insured and then take care of my mothers car and home insurance within the hour. Neither one of us felt rushed, or that we were being pushed out the door because it was getting close to closing time. She got the job done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Not to mention that I laughed more in that 1 hour than I had for the past few days .

The phone service system is useless!!! Their website can't add trailer/RV to policy!!!! U have to call them and WAIT for HOURS, literally!!! Then they simply hang up on you!!!
If u want proper customer service, use some other company!

They are okay. I had a small fender bender. I literally cracked someone's headlight is all. My insurance has more then doubled for over a year and a half. Before that 23 years with a perfect record. Guess that didn't matter.

Bill pay feature and proof of insurance process is easy but you'll regret it if you ever have a claim.

Poor roadside service, took 4 1/2 hours in Nashville .. my god it's not like their's not 400 tow trucks in Nashville .. don't even mention you have a chipped wind shield ... total run around and then never return your call

It is an insurance company office. There is little to shout about. They have a nice restroom though.
