I'm new to Geico, after only with them a couple of weeks i had to make a claim. That was 2wks ago, keep getting the run around,they said I didn't have full coverage,I do. They were supposed to send me a copy of my policy, haven't gotten it yet. Someone working on the claim for me called Tues. about 5pm I was driving and asked him to call back in 10min.that was 5 days ago
Your customer service sucks! I am truly regretting this choice of insurance company's. I'm having buyer's remorse!!!!
