The model of the "log-in" tech works great for us. Mainly because GCS's staff is knowledgeable, talented, and easy to work with. Besides having can-do techs, GCS is reasonably priced and transparent about all charges--they provide us with a detailed log of work performed. GCS's response time is just as fast as having someone on staff. I've recommended GCS to a number of other businesses.
