One Kiosk working for the cards. Machines low on ice. No out or order signs on non-working games. Not sure why they had issues this day when there was not that many people here.

They were good but didn't give a senior discount to my 75 yo father who was charged the 11 to 59 yo price
Fun place! My grandkids love it there. Salad bar could be better. We stayed there for hours on. Family had a nice time.
Great place to socialize with large groups of friends at lunch.
This is actually the worst place I ve ever been. It s so bad, and the workers cursed all the time never going back my child has gotten ptsd from this horrible experience.
GattiTown is a fun place for family and friends to have fun and eat. Food is good, games are fun, but the floor is like really sticky, when you take a step you can feel the stickyness under your shoe.
It is amazing and a wonderful place and your family can have a party there and you or y'all are going to have a great time
The only thing wrong is there's not enough variety of pizzas... Everything else is Great!
Same pizza nothing changes and salad bar its always dirty
Always clean and fun place to eat with big screen TV'S
I never write reviews but this place is SOOOO terrible and disgusting, I feel obligated to. As soon as you walk in the floors make noise when you walk on them, and this is EVERYWHERE in this gross place except for the bathrooms and NOT for a good reason. The bathrooms are literally DISGUSTING! The floors have such a thick film of grime on them, you make foot prints when you walk. There is no telling how many days or weeks worth of pee and feces is on the floor bc it feels like you re walking on a waxy film when walking on them, even the family RR! The stalls are so gross and in need of cleaning, trash bins are over filled in stalls AND the ones by the sink. Soap dispensers are empty and broken ones are just laying on the counters (at least put it away until it fixed.) I informed a manage how gross they were and she just said ok we ll make our way that way. More than an hour later all they had done was pick up the trash on the floor and that was it!! If that was was their idea of cleaning , how disgusting is the back! I absolutely regret having my family eat there. I should have known when 2 out of the 3 fountains drinks were empty for ice and all 3 had nasty tasting sprite so we have to change all of the kids drinks. Mind you this is midday on a Tuesday when school is in. So no excuse that it was too busy or any excuse for that matter. There were PLENTY of people there and at least 3 of them were managers which was appalling to see that none of them had any standards what so ever! And it just gets better. The game lady attendant was an absolute joke. Quite a few games, you had to get her in order to play them and when asked you would think you were asking her for a kidney! I wanted to ask her if she had an eye condition bc she rolled them so much. Even my 7 ur old daughters sensed it. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around. You could not PAY me to change my review or to even try that place again. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. that place needs ALL NEW MANAGERS with actual standards or someone to at least pop in and check in on things to see that place is absolutely disgusting!!!!
This is a great place to go when it's not busy but it's awful when it is. We went on weekend evening. Out of plates, out of silverware, the place was disgusting, barely any pizza out. My child slipped on a few spills that never got cleaned up. It was ridiculous. Thought they were understaffed til i saw staff members in the bathroom on their phones. Avoid on the weekends, 3 stars during the week.
Nice family fun. Arcade games nice salad bar, custom pizzas and pasta.
Staff ensured that everything was done for a great birthday party.
Very expensive for a family of 6. They only had a family special for 4, not 6. The salad wasn't as good as always. The drinks and cards are not included if you don't get a family pack, all individual prices. I had a few pieces of pizza, but didn't go back, not even for a brownie. The games are a lot more too, so your $10 game card is spent quickly without a lot tickets. The kids like to leave with a bracelet, at least!!! It's highway robbery. I would've preferred to go to Lil Caesar's and head out to the park. I would have had enough leftover to put more gas in my van, buy ice cream, and Starbucks too!!
1st time here and great experience overall. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting good pizza and fun games.
Great place for some fun & games with the kiddos ! Pizza always fresh & game room on point
Food and salads were delicious kids had a awesome time at the game room highly recommend
They cleaned areas quick! Pizza was ready each time I served me. Fruits & salad plenty of choices. Dessert
Pizza was great and the games were fun. The floor was really dirty though. Littered with food and trash. Even the floors in front of the soda machines were dirty with dropped pizza toppings and straw paper all over the rugs. I had to inform a manager that the Hi C punch was water and the fanta orange was all clear carbonation. This place could be awesome if they hired more staff.
It's gone downhill the past few years. Overcrowded. We couldn't find a place to sit and eat. The buffet was nothing to write home about. The drink machines were out of ice. The game room was packed and hot.
Not very good, staff was not very attentive, I asked o e to get a pizza made he said it would be right out, the other told me to just get it off the cold o e on the line... Will not have my family return here. If I want food and games Ill go across the highway. If I was custom pizza Ill go to Cicis.
This is honestly better than Dave & Busters hands down!!!!!
Chaotic. No reserved seating and overcrowding caused conflict with our birthday party seating and local immigrants. I was assaulted. Basic food like spaghetti not available. Pizza not cooked completely. Game area overrun by locals. Worst place I have been to in two years.
Always have our family get-togethers here, best place for the kids to enjoy themselves.
Went there for to meet some friends and had a great time, the food was fresh and the staff were on top of keeping the tables clean of dirty plates. Games are a little spendy but the kids don't seem to mind ;) I would definitely go here again!
Needs ti be more clean...and the pizza needs flavor...!!
Food is good price is ok they must concentrate on their cleanliness at the salad bar pizza line actually all around they have this is very important
This location is amazing. Thank you for everything today. Unicorn saved the day
Dirty tables, sticky floors from years of spilled drinks, some cool arcade games but most varied from mildly interesting to totally pointless. Can be very fun if you are in a large group but there is less to do than you might expect.
How to take the fiance out to get a pizza buffet cuz she was super hungry we'll come back again five star rating
It was a little after 8pm. I was reminded that they would close and stop putting fresh food out at 9pm. The staff, however, was already on closing mode.
Finding a table was difficult as all but a few already had chairs flipped on them. Others were twisted at an odd angle letting the customer know that those tables were unavailable, as well. Finally, I opted to straighten out of the turned tables, much to the dismay of the employee who was standing, eating pizza from a plate while gossiping with another employee.
The food selection was thin, staff was rude and it wasn't even 8:30pm yet.
Haven't been in a long time, pizza is better, but limited choices. Will definitely return
This place was packed! Let's be real though, you should know what to expect when you go here. Lots of kids, lots of noise. We wanted to watch a football game, and asked to change the TV. Took a couple of requests but got it changed before kick off.
Staff was fine and pretty attentive in taking away plates and bussing tables. Everyone was friendly enough, considering they have to deal with so many people and kids.
Fun...Family orientated. The party went very well...there were kids of all ages there. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Fresh, hot pizza, a wide variety salad bar and fun for the whole family. They have games for all ages after you stuff yourself silly at the buffet.
I came in at 7pm today (Sunday may 21)the only type of pizza ready were 2 cheese and 2 different meat ones available. But they were still good pizza as they were still hot. Half of the tables in the theater section were dirty and no one came to clean them until 8pm. The this petit blonde girl that was in a grey uniform kept coming around me and first said "really Alfonso" when she passed by and every time she saw me she called me Alfonso like she knew me. Didn't get her name. But this place is okay as I work in fast food burger place and pizza is better than burgers.
It was not good, food was bland and the staff was less than ok, they advertise they close at 10 pm, we were asked to leave at 9pm. They turned off the AC and the games. We finished the birthday cake and ice cream, we took the gifts home so the baby could open them at the house. He is 3 now we were a party of 6 adults and 3 kids, not really a party. He loves ski ball and ticket toys, We had a drink spill no one came to clean it up or help, Gatti's was 1000% better in the 1980's. We dont expect much from gattitown, but at least stay open for business hours and dont ask customers to leave because the staff is ready to leave early.
Good place to beat the heat or entertain kids if weather is bad. Best for kids 4-8, games are all somewhat the same-racing or shooting. I like the mini bowling, bumper card and frog jumper ride. The family 4 pack is the best deal with the buffets and $20 in game card play. Best to go when it's not busy otherwise they do run out of plates quickly.
Great place but not a lot of games anymore. We did go kinda late but they didn't have no ice in the machine or soda. We got there at 7:30 and they didn't close to 9
Food was a lot better last night than before! Thank you!
Usually crowded and sometimes you have to wait a few before they put out more pizza. Quality isn't too bad for being a buffet layout. Variety isn't too broad, but they usually will make you something if you request it. Decent amount of arcade games that are usually in working order.
Absolutely wonderful! I'm unable to get Gatti's for 30-45 miles of where I live and the service and the food ( of course) was great. Great customer service from the manager.
Rudest host and waiter ever.
Will never give this place a chance again!
Took my 2 year old daughter. She absolutely loved the arcade. We didn't want to leave.
Games and food good. They have coffee! Staff are very nice.
Good place to have family fun, for all kind of kids old & young.
It's a great place to take your kids but not somewhere to go for a good arcade date or hang out.
Good pizza. And you can also request any kind of pizza you would like and they will make it for you. And the games there are fun
It a fun area to take kids and adult alike there games and prize area ate well kept and there food is good
Pizza is good if hot. Good location but they need to keep it cleaner.
I went to gattitown for my grand daughters surprise gender reveal party to only be surprised by the worst pizza. However they did have a lot of options, some were actually editable. While this place Is infested with beetles and over priced games it was a good way to waste time.
The overall price is pretty cheap we spent $20 a person. The buffet was very small, with only a dozen or so different offerings. The arcade was just as small as the buffet. However it was fun and the games did give a lot more tickets than I thought they would.
Went during the day while most people worked. Not too packed. Food was hot. Employees were available for assistance and friendly.
Pizza and cheese sticks were hot and fresh. Cinnamon sticks and brownies were a hit. Games were fun and the game room was pretty clean with lots of fun games (air hockey, mini bowling, skeeball, shooting gallery, candy crane, bumper cars and lots and lots of others.) One of my boy's favorite spots.
Great place to take the kids games are bigger than other places so it's definitely better for the older kids buffet is nice and the is overall well kept
This Gattitown is god awful compared to the round rock one. I ve never even written a review for any business before but this is just a disgrace. The ranch even tastes weird and different. They took my plate and cup every time I got up so I had to get a new drink fork and plate every single time. The employees are goofing around and there was throw up!! Several times. Impromptu birthday parties started taking up every seat in the day room! I will never come back here again I d rather drive the extra 30 minutes and go to the round rock one. I feel ashamed and dirty.
I have been going to this fun center for over 7yrs now, this was my very first job and one of the best jobs I have ever had. The general manager Rodney is very understanding to his employees and customers. Will recommend this as a rainy day get away with children any day of the week.
Oh Man, Oh man if i could give 5 more stars I would. Every single person that works here will go above and beyond what you ask of them, even if you don't ask. Your are welcomed as you walking with the utmost happiness. Everyone seems to love their job and does it will. Doesn't matter what you go to this location for; family dinner, birthday party, or just to eat pizza alone they will take care of you for sure.. I highly highly... recommend this place!
My kids love Gattitown for the pizza and the games. We went there on 10.16 and had a great time. The pizza and salad bar was fresh with a variety of options to choose from. Overall it's a great experience for everyone and it's our goto place for pizza
Great food and such a fun place for family! Can't wait to go back
Love that I can order a specialty pizza and they hold it until I come back so no one else gets it before me. Lots of rooms for parties. First come first serve unless you reserve a party room starting at $150. They games are okay but they need more attendants on the weekends.
everything was fresh the place was clean couldn't have had a better day
Great for the whole family!! Good selection of pizzas, but I do wish they served more thin crust selections! Salad bar is well-stocked! Good place for parties or even bring the team here at the end of the season!
Not a fan, it was pretty dirty which I'm sure is due to a long busy day, we came on a weekend evening. But it was expensive for not that great of food and the worst part was that there were several games like the horse races, and bop the weasel, bumper cars etc that have to be run by a worker there but there were no workers around to run them. My kids enjoyed it being 1 & 3 but not somewhere I look forward to going to.
Got there at 6:00pm and all the food was old was super disappointed
They aint even be all the places and u gotta wait too long for prizes and theres only 1 person and they left for like a long time and the cinnamon sticks are horrible and the basketball game is rigged straight up
Everything was broken. The staff were so dead inside they hardly acknowledged you any more than the bare minimum. We paid for a game of whack a mole that a staff member had to activate and supervise and when one of my kids stations didnt work he did nothing about it even after I asked him to address it he just stood there and ignored it. The other kids were playing whack a mole while my kid sat there disappointed. There were at least three other games we paid for that just didn't work. I didn't bother asking for help after the whack a mole incident. Staff was hard to find anyway. When we finally went to exchange tickets the staff member allowed other louder kids who clearly got there after us to shove their way past us and get helped first. We were there alone with one other kid getting helped before us then a big group came in and when I said we were next the lady at the counter ignored us and helped the louder pushier people. The place was clean and the food was fresh so there's that. I dont want my kids influenced by the environment gattitown creates. I've had much better experiences at other similar establishments.
Not at all staffed for large crowds. Ran out of plates & cups of all things! Napkin dispensers consistently empty also. Almost all the tables were dirty and took forever to be wiped clear. I can't say cleaned because they were still sticky as were the floors. Maybe if they served alcohol people wouldn't remember their bad experience. Ran out of everything and pizzas that were there was cold...
Our Saturday bike ride landed us at Gatti Town right when they opened. We actually pulled under the main awning because of rain and just decided to try to make the best of it. The manager on duty, Ronny, let me pull my bike all the way into the game room back behind a curtain to keep it out of the rain and away from other guests. That was so far above and beyond the call of duty that I was simply blown away by her ability to take charge of a situation that was unique and use for managerial empowerment to satisfy the needs of a customer. And then we realized that the buffets had so many healthy options that my boys could eat like kings and I didn't have to feel bad about it. We went out into the game room and realized that the sweethearts at the front had put on extra couple bucks on each of our game cards! We had a blast and the kids absolutely loved it!
This place has the best pizza when they actually have pizza available. They're very bad at being prepared for large crowds. One person says it'll be two minutes for a certain kind of pizza so I waited for five minutes only to be told by second person that it'll be six more minutes. It ended up being fifteen minutes before I gave up on waiting. Being a buffet, I expected ready pizza.
