They seems to be very unprofessional.
When I have given call to book the cab they were very polite and said you can stop for smoking as we were going on bugs night.
We book 2 maxi vans and we were only 5 min late so driver start shouting that he have another booking, and charge us $15 extra for each maxi cab. When I have call to to
Complain than they said they can t do much as
Driver has write to charge.
When we have book the cab and paying good money, doesn t make sense that they can t wait 5 min as we were 18 people.
Not recommend their service to anyone.

We booked a taxi for Avalon airport for 19 Nov. 2019 for 3:30 AM. We were assured a phone call at 3'O clock and a Taxi at 3:30AM. There never was a call and no body responded to our desperate phone calls. There was no Taxi till 3:35 AM. Being from India and panicking we called an Uber cab. Was there in 2 minutes, charged us 100 aud less than them and couteously dropped us at the airport in time.
What a shame.

I've been using Sunny's services for several years now and I won't use any other taxi service for work or for my family. The cars are immaculate inside and out and appear as if they've been driven straight off the showroom floor. When Sunny has referred me to fellow drivers I know they will be on time without fail and they will drive me or my family in a safe but timely manner. I can't speak highly enough of Sunny and his service and recommend him without hesitation.

We used this maxi taxi service during COVID19 lock down.
They were very serious about cleaning.
Driver dropped a customer in our opposite building and made us wait 5 mins so that he can sanitise everything in the maxi cab service.
We used for an airport trip.

I would definitely use them again.

Booked the Maxi cab with this company yesterday for 5am pickup but cab didn't turn up and when I called to check operator said cab is 2 minutes away but noone turnup. Operator sounded like sleeping. I ended up booking with 13 cabs. Don't waste your time with these people.

Easy to use and efficient! Friendly, polite and professional drivers! There's maxi taxis for 11 people, using the Toyota hiace, definitely good for large groups and prices are better than Uber! Do call them if you need any transport, be it by calling or booking through their website(preferred).

I booked the maxi taxi online to go to Airport
With fixed price of $80 cbd to Airport but they charge $129 from my credit card.when i called company no one answers keep trying from last 1 week and now they block my number.
It s totally ripoff.

Booked the service by phone to reach airport on time and do not miss the plane. Impeccable service, received SMS few minutes before the arrival of the car. Driver friendly and kind despite not even yet dawn. Pleasant driving, Thanks . See you next time.
