Hot pizza but customers eat thru it pretty dang fast! Same with desserts but it always hot, always fresh.

I love this place. Wonderful and unique place. They have the best food period. Great service and a great place to hang out and fun.

First time having a party there, the hostess was pleasant I just wished they had more games for toddler's. But overall my 8 y/o had a good birthday and my guest enjoy themselves

Always a great place to take the kids. They should serve gluten free pizza, instead I always order a crustless pizza this is pizza on parchment paper,any ingredients you want.

It's such a crazy mess in there. So many people that you're standing around waiting for food and waiting for food and waiting for food. Restrooms are dismal; no toilet paper, no soap, stall doors don't lock or close properly so you have to hold the door shut with one hand and try to take care of your business with the other. LOL. I'm good but not that good and oddly no cold water in the faucets?? Also, not restaurants fault but wish customers would help keep it clean, especially the floors. That's an accident waiting to happen. Kids dropping food and drink everywhere. I know, I know, it's a kids place but I clean up after my kids and I don't let them go alone to get their food.

This is a great place for families. Kids will love it but don't expect much in the way of food.

Had a wonderful time, no hassles and my boy enjoyed it so much.

1st & Last Birthday Party I will ever have there. It was the worst birthday party experience! It was so stressful having to look for my party host . I spent so much time running out of the room looking for somebody to take care of us than I did in the actual room with my guest. You have to pay the remaining balance off completely before they give you any game cards. So I had to go pay at the cash box at the front entrance 3 separate times. That s not including the other 10 times we needed our trash picked up or needed our drink pitchers refilled or needed another pizza or needed an actual lighter that worked. The whole experience was sooooooo stressful please save your money & your sanity and just have it at Chuck E. Cheese s across the highway. You ll thank me later!

It's a nice Buffett to eat, wish they had better deals on their gaming cards though. It's a fun place to take the kids.

Gattitown was fun but the pizza is not so great. Some of the pizza was cold and the fruit in the salad bar was not good.

In the past most definitely they needed improvement. Monday April 1st around 3:30 everything look pretty good the salad bar pizza, the seating areas, game room and clean.

The games are awesome here. They have the lastest technology being used here. The price of 8.99 is not bad compared to other all you can eat places. This place has several themed rooms from sports to music rooms and numerous flat screens mounted which help to entertain us while we eat. I only rate it a four star because I feel the food should be of better quality.

I'm being generous with one star. The eating area is always distgusting. The floor is sticky. The tables are never clean. I don't even think they know to clean the high chair. The game area is a joke because half the games don't even function properly. Please take the $80 I spent and buy some cleaning supplies.

Honestly the pizza tastes dry and the jello is trash

Great food fun staff. Games need work. Every now and then when you swipe and the machine will take the credit off the game card but not play the game. So just watch for that and the Gatti staff will help you out. Took my nephews and nieces and they had a blast.

Gatti town is a great place for fun and good pizza, the games they have are the typical slightly rigged kind but you can still get tickets and get good prizes. They have large areas for public parties or you can get party plans with a private room. Over all great party place.

Order the pizza and they never put it out... asked twice about it and still never happened.... I would say the games are geared for more of the older children 8-10 years old and up...they were a little bit Advanced for my three-year-old grandson....But the 8 Year Old Loved It. Would have given it four or five stars except I didn't like eating pizza that I really didn't like

Never going on the weekend again. Crowd was so large & Gattis couldn't keep up the food, clean plates or ice. Food was good, employees were nice & worked hard but crowd and individuals who lack manners made this a poor experience for a Sunday pm early dinner.

The quality is meh. The clientele are mostly people with children who run around unsupervised like it's a playground. It's a pizza buffet though, so if you like pizza and a lot of it, it's better than CiCi's. Also it's Buy One get One Free on Wednesdays so it's like 8 something for two adults, which is a pretty damn good price.

I love this place give it lots of helpful and beautiful people willing to help you it's a family affair when you go to GattiTown they have TV there and video games and plenty of and importantly enough they have air condition and they actually have tables you can sit and eat at 2 I love it so does my son and my wife that's our Gucci spot every time we celebrate something or even just to check back and chat and meet new people

Oh gatti town...always a mess yet still ok every once in a while. But now, you've gone downhill so much it's sad. From most of the games being broken, to a huge water leak from the ceiling in the middle of the game room, dirty tables and trash everywhere, to hastily made pizzas with miles of crust on one side and sauce to the edge on the other. And a drink isn't even included in the buffet. Really disappointing.

A place where both kids and grown-ups can have a blast in a friendly environment. One of the best that kind.

We had a wonderful time at Gattitown in SouthPark Meadows. They always have some kind of special going on for families like the $40 family fun pack that includes 4 buffets and 4 $5 game cards. The place is mostly clean (I'm sure it's hard to keep those floors and things from getting sticky with all the foot traffic) and the pizza is hot and fresh and plentiful. The kids had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was a cheap, but surprisingly fun option! The pizza didn't taste like cardboard (as some other locations I visited did) and the games are generally all working with no-very low wait times. Would definitely recommend for a family event, but for larger party's, it might get a little expensive

Been taking my children for years. Recently, however, we went and found it has improved in cleanliness, food and entertainment was noticeably better---- new games. :)

Yesterday my family and I went for lunch and the service was absolutely incredible! From the first face we saw when we entered. Gattis had a well mannered young man at the register, the manager at the buffet line was absolutely helpful. Then the workers in the game room was very considerate. The workers were going around disinfecting equipment, games. It was a very pleasant experience! This team was on point from the over all experience. Definitely will be going back with my family.

Great customer support and the chefs do an awesome pizza. Best pizza in Texas.

It's was amazing, the staff for the games was a bit short but the 2 people working in the games area were very helpful. The pizza and food was the tastiest dish. I highly recommend this place to eat, have fun, and relax

I hate giving bad reviews I try to stick to only good ones but this place is dirty every where in it. They need to have 2 or more people that just stay cleaning. It s also do for a fresh remodel.

I was mainly there for food but they had a really good deal and I ended up playing some games.

Love this place for a kids party not so many kids you can not hear yourself love it

Pricing was a little confusing. Long lines for the prize redemption counter. Floors were sticky and not a lot of pizza immediately available. Mr Gattis is one of my favorite pizzas, but this location left a lot to be desired. A big plus, is that the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.

Food was good PROBLEM WAS THERE WAS ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE TABKE AND FOOD WHILE HAVING MY SONS BDAY PARTY

30 minute wait on a personal pizza I wanted. And my wife had to clean off our table. Was not busy at all. Loss for gattitown.

Used to be a great place. It still has potential but the staff all seem to hate their job and it shows. Not a welcoming crew at all. When a customer asked a guy from the kitchen crew if he could strain the spaghetti noodles a bit more because there was a lot of water in the bucket, the gattis employee was short snarky with him. Management needs to fix this asap.

Such a great place to take the family for lunch. Good family deal and food is yummy.

Pizza tastes great, less crust would be awesome for those that don't like the crust or thinner. The salad bar has great variety. Restrooms are always clean. The game room has quite a variety with bumper cars.

It is what it is. The food is edible, the service questionable, but the kids have a blast if we have the money...

Enjoy going here for the food and games, but mainly because out daughter works here and it about the only time we get to see her since see lives with her mom and is almost always at work. Lol (Free pizza, salad, and desserts is the best! )

They are way overpriced for adults that just wamt to go inand eat. A bit to dirty amd they never hardly have any fresh pizza. Never have any pepperoni and mushroom. Then by the timethey habe one special made for you, ypu are alreay leaving.

Surprised. Came for a birthday party with our kids. Didn't think I would like it but the pizza was good, great salad bar and desserts, and the kids had a blast.

I dont know if I came on the wrong day, or at the wrong time; the whole experience was the most disappointing thing that's happened to me in awhile. I drove from central Austin alllllll the way to South Park Meadows specifically to come here, and there were MAYBE 2 pizzas out that definitely weren't fresh. So I had my way about the salad bar, and ALLLLL the lettuce was soggy and wet. Another lady had asked one of the workers if they could put out fresh salad, and she apparently asked someone about it who came back and said "not until this is all gone." my jaw legit dropped.
Yall, I wouldnt have even fed that to my dog if I had one. Idk if the ranch had been sitting out too long, but it tasted sour. The pizza looked sad. Finally after being there for about an hour, they finally had the pizza bar stocked up with fresh pizza. But at dinnertime on a Sunday, I assumed it would be much, much better. I have NEVER had these issues at the Round Rock location, and from now on I'm definitely going to make the trip to Round Rock. Can I put no stars? I would give this place NO STARS. Corporate, or whomever sees this and can make a change PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF ALL HUMANITY do so. This is an EXTREMELY popular location in town, and yall are a straight disgrace!

Sometimes you get lucky and the pizza is hot and fresh. Sometimes you don't get lucky and a thousand unsupervised kids cut in front of you then you wish you didn't waste your money.
