Good time for the family. Pizza is pretty good. They will make what you want and bring it to your table. They have several diffrent rooms with lg tvs going in them. Pretty diverse amount of games for most age ranges. Little short in the toddler range but my 2 year old still had fun.

Went here for dinner last night. The girl at the front desk is really great at offering specials. Love how you can order specialized pizza. They forgot to make my husbands pizza and brought it to the table once it was done. Not too bad for a quick dinner.
It was a good visit We order the family bundle for 4 .it came with pizza buffet 4 drinks and 20 dollars in tokens . It was good pizza was hot .that's what we look for hot food ..never a disappointment in Gattis pizza.
It's gattitown and nothing more. No frills buffet pizza, salad, pasta and deserts. Pizza was warm and fresh and warmers always had plenty of choices. Staff was really good about clearing tables and keeping restaurant ready for the next group. It's not gormet pizza but it never promises to be anything more than convenient and fun entertainment for the kids.
Bad Customer Service. Manager on Duty for 12/3 lied to me about my order and gave me the run around. Pizza arrived cold and was not what we ordered. Be aware of this location. Do not order from here. Go to another pizza place.
Pizza buffet should consist of more than pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, pepperoni and jalopies, and deep dish hamburger. Most pizzas were cold. Can not say if I would return. Pretty pathetic.
I have a big soft spot for Gattis, and fun. This place delivers both. Nice quiet sports area when trying to get away from the loud chaos if needed as well.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. Let's see every where you went to sit the tables are dirty. I finally got some ok news to wipe my table and than she saw a spill and no one never came back to mop it up. I'm also gluten sensitive and still had to pay. The girl that checked us out Is not friendly. This place sucks and just paid for a 15 dollar wet salad. And some cucumbers. Never will I come back! P.S. The manager of this place should be embarrassed to have poor work oriented people with no work ethic!
Salad was on point.. They had pizza that looked as if it was sitting for awhile.. Fresh pizza will have a greasy shiny layer on the pizza.. Pizza that's been sitting for awhile will not have a fresh hot look..
This place is great fam fun, but I think it's ridiculous to HAVE to pay for a full on buffet even if you're not planning on eating. There should be different payment options like a small entrance, then pay the extra when you'rs ready to eat.
Pretty cool place, was able to get the deal for 20.99 that included buffet and a $20 game card for the kiddo. They had fairly priced games and decent prizes for however many tickets
They were not busy and no one was at the cash register. I had to wait several minutes before anyone noticed. Then the pizza buffet there was only a few pieces of old pizza on the line. I asked for a special order pizza and the employee said it would be at least 30 minutes. Then I tried the salad bar and the vegetables tasted funny, like they were old. The soda was flat. All the food was old. There was a lack of soap in the women's restroom and the floor was dirty. Many of the stalls the doors would not latch. The tables were not cleared or cleaned in a timely manner. I am really disappointed in Gattitown.
Place was dirty!! Pizza was cold. And an employee slammed a dirty highchair with food in it into a wall right next to me. We don't have a Gattitown where we live so I was excited to eat here. I will NOT be coming back. Very Disappointed!
Gattitown is HUUUURTING! Plastic forks, bins of parmesan and red pepper flakes instead of the small shakers, the busboy having phlegm and spitting it out in front of guests, and the manager doing anything but. He stood here the whole time we ate, talking about everything to basketball to credit cards, and with these girls guessing their ages. We had enough when F Bombs started getting thrown around. Meanwhile, the buffet is half empty and the restrooms look like trash.
Good prices. hot buffet pizza with salads and sweets. 4 rating is because of the cleanliness. They are always picking up and cleaning but they use wet rags and just kinda smear/wipe tables and seats.
Ok, I'm giving you 2 stars due to the prize section: my daughter had 623 points....she chose a toy that left her with 298...we unknowingly chose one that was 300.(my fault for not paying attention)..the lady was like cant do it...knowing full well you all get these in bulk and straight from overseas. I was disappointed...2 points is not gonna break your bank, even if you did it for everyone.
We had my daughter's 7th birthday party there. We were SUPER please with the service given, the price was reasonable and you got A LOT for your money. Loved it!
The staff is pretty friendly glad they have a new cook! Just wish there was more variety in the salad bar. Games are too expensive.for the cheap prizes. Lady in the game room not too friendly.
Worst pizza I have ever tried in my life, sadly. We came in the morning right before the lunch rush and there was barely any pizza out. What was out was cold and there was no one at the counter to ask for new or custom pizza. The salad bar had a couple of flies landing on it. The employees seem to be unhappy to work there, the environment doesn't seem very inviting.
There were never enough pizza at the buffet and the those that were there were cool enough to taste, well not fresh baked. So I ate spaghetti instead which I was not suppose to die to my illness but being hungry I needed to eat something other than salad. This is the second time I go there and the same thing has occurred, I guess next time I'll skip and go elsewhere.
So much fun for a four year old and family playing all of their games. My childhood memories relived. The staff were very nice and helpful. That cinnamon apple pizza will always be my favorite.
Please be aware of James Johnson he is HIV positive with no medication every every known drug use and cocaine Molly weed and ecstasy He likes working around kids and help the people without taking any medication please be aware of this guy
Got here at 7:30, the cashier looked so thrilled that two people were showing up an hour and a half before close. Anyways, paid and went to get food, no plates. The people in front of us had to ask for someone to put out plates, which reluctantly the teenage employee did. Food was hard and cold. Sat down, and the employees started putting up the plate carts, turning off soda machines, and removing cups/soda nozzles.... At 7:45. An hour and 15 minutes before doors closed. We each had one plate and left. They really need to work on the attitude of the closing staff. Every employee i passed was murmuring about the customers. Would not recommend going here to my worst enemy.
It's being a long time I being there again disappointed cause management is not watching the workers who are like high school kids not doing there job in cleaning up on the floor and drink machines etc., also not stocking up on the food ask for ham pizza didn't come back to tell me anything and waiting 15 minutes for them to restock on Jello and whip cream. I know that some customers don't care if there drop things on the floor and don't reported it but the stuff need to be on top of things at all time it seems they were not enough stuff to work but I blame management.
Given the situation....you have to respect the environment factors. It's sad because I was really dying for Buffet setting for Salad and Pizza. But it's really hard given the COVID spike! I appreciate the availability and so forth.
The place was not clean, floors sticky and there was no ice in machine. When asked if they could fill up ice I was ignored. Pasta was too mushy. It's my first time having this experiance I hope it's different next time I go.
I have to give it to Gatti Town, they were very packed when we went and the food and everything overall was pretty good. Games could use some attention though, they lag a little. No reason to pass it up though.
young people were pushing senior citizens out of the way and cutting in front of them
Excuse me handicapped senior citizens
when I finally got up there one whole road was just pepperoni pizza and there was cold pizza on the other kiosk
A guy asked me could he make something for me
I said how about Canadian bacon and pineapple
He started to tell me why they don't do that
Since when I ask???
but I really couldn't understand him I said could you just make some fresh pizza that's not pepperoni so I can eat and get out of here
I finally took some a piece
I didn't want because that's all there was I think it was supposed to be a spinach pizza but it didn't have spinach much anyway on it
There was really nothing else so I got some spaghetti and put some sauce on it then I had to wait 15 minutes for some forks with a whole line of anxious fat people
Tables were dirty everywhere the pizza couldn't have moved slower if it would have had a building on top of the people trying to make it
The forks were all wet and some of them had thousand island sauce on them
I go ahead and shut down because I've got to eat before I get sick I sat there about 10 minutes waiting to see if they were going to put something good up and started getting sick to my stomach
I got up to try to find the bathroom to throw up and it was so full you couldn't move
so I ran out the front door and threw up and just left
I will say this they're good about hiring handicapped people
but before you do that you have to ask the other people that you're hiring are they willing to take up the slack For special-needs employees
because none of these people were willing to take up the slack or do much of anything
Most people wouldn't normally think of an all-you-can-eat pizza place for a decent healthy meal but they have a great, robust salad bar for under $10. Great light lunch spot!
The food was pretty horrific. Even the fresh pizzas. (But I'm not upset) I definitely prefer Cicis, I just FORCED my boyfriend to take me here bc I was famished. Oh but you get to ride bumper cars and get prizes, all for more $$$. It was $21 to get in for two buffets and two drinks and they pull the well known food service trick: use blue plates, people will eat less. You can't hate them for needing to make money though. Check out the awesome wall art, someone actually painted all this. I'm sure kids enjoy this regardless of whether the food tastes good.
I haven't been to gattitown in a while because the food and service was usually not that great before, but I had a coupon for $5 off, so I figured, what the heck -- I'll try them again. I was pleasantly surprised the other night when we went there. There was plenty of staff, the place was clean, the salad bar was well stocked and there was plenty of fresh hot pizza. They also have added some new items and there was plenty of desserts.
Not good experience eith family had to wait 10 min for a plate it was slow and when i was going to get prizes i had to wait 45 min only 1 person was there bad experience.
The place itself is fine but the employees look like they are worked to the extent of no return. No one looks happy working there. I feel bad that they are pushed to the extent of a break. For example the cashier puts on a great smile but once you leave and he doesn't have anyone to interact with he fades to the dark. Other employees are the same. This needs to be changed. It doesn't seem like they get paid enough for this.
Bbetter than chuck e cheese. Pizza is great you can request a special for yourself no extra charge, people are really nice and games are pricy but better than chuck e cheese. Mac and cheese and spaguetti is really good, actually everything we eat there had great quality I was expecting cheap food and nasty food for that price, but it was better than expected. Clean an neat.
Really good pizza buffet with salad, fruit, and desserts. Pretty nice game/arcade room, can win tickets for prizes, but a few weren't working. Also great for bday parties, I've had 2 there for my son.
The kids had a good time. Pretty busy on the weekend, for a calmer experience I recommend going during the work week. Seating can feel a bit cramped in certain rooms. Pizza was good, games were fun.
I had a buffet I had a salad and some pizza and cheese bread sticks and a brownie and chocolate pudding and lemon lime powerade because they don't have coke zero
Good place to bring kids. Only problem is all the pizza kind of tastes like smokey bacon (which I'm sure people love but not someone who doesn't eat pork) and the game area is deafening. You have to scream to hear the person next to you.
Nothing ! Salad Dressing Were Watery Had Very Little Taste . Mac And Cheese Was Cold . Utensils Were Dirty. If I Can , Id Give This Place A Rate 000000 One Of The Workers Named Kyla Was Rude . Some Of The Food Wasn't Refilled . The Place Was Just Awful . I Will Never Waste A Minute Or Dollar At This Place Again . Tables Were Dirty. Floors Were Sticky And Weren't Swept . What A Waste !
I favor the salad bar. I am an introvert, so this type of establishment tends to have too much noisy crowds for my personal comfort zone. It does look like a fun place for the average citizen. Enjoy!
