Totally dishonest, second rate company at best. The worst customer service and fake, rude managers with attitude. I will be calling BBB on this company for sure they deserve it.

DO NOT USE THEM !!!! It is as simple as that. The customer service is awful, knowledgeable, and rude. I have the same issues others have stated. I paid off the vehicle and they still will not release the title. Escalations to the manger/supervisor are even more of a joke.

They will mislead you under the guise of helping you, and will employ low budget tow truck driver that will go behind a gate on to property not open to the public. They will do this while you're in conversation with them about payment options. A consumer would be well advised not to do business with this company. I got behind and paid a large sum of money to catch up, or so I thought. Over the next year or so all of my payments were put towards interest and the actual amount had not been touched. They will manipulate and take the greatest of advantage.

They don't deserve any stars! Paid my car in full and was always on time! Also paid it in full one year early! They reported to the credit bureaus that my account was closed. It tremendously dropped my credit score by 30 points. I am so disappointed because I was planning to get a new car, but now I have to wait because my credit is in no shape to purchase a car! These people are in a hurry to take your money, but they don't want to help their customers! I hope these people go out of business soon!!! Each time I try to talk to a manager, they tell me he or she is in a damn meeting. This company is a scam! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through these people! They can't do their job and they are rude!

I personally have not had any problems at all with this company. Make your payments on time and you won't have a problem. Very helpful and kind so far.

This was the only finance company that took me in for my first car... I set up online payments and so far haven't had any problems... even when I log in into my account I can see everything being detailed to me... do they refi?

Contrary to other reviews this lending company is fine. I was late on a payment on more than 1occasion and the reps were courteous and helpful. Make your payments on time and when it comes time to payoff request the payoff first so you know what the correct amount is. Only gripe is that there is a convenience fee for over the phone payments aside from that 4/5 would borrow again.

I have had nothing but a positive relationship with gateway one lending and finance.Great rate for auto loan. Polite on phone great customer service.
Love the daily simple interest method. Pay it
early and see the balance go down quicker.I always pay over the amount owed.

I never leave reviews. Had a loan with GOLF for about 4 years. Never had an issue with them until I wanted to pay it off and get the title released. Paid off the load 3 weeks ago and still have not received a release letter. In my state, all I need is a letter from them stating that the lien has been released. CSRs have been no help and can only keep repeating the script that they have been given.

They charge you interest and finance fees. Interest on your outstanding balance and finance fees per payment. If you look very closely at your re-payments they are actually charging you up to 20% per payment. They also do very little to report positively to the credit bureaus. If you get a loan from them pay it off as quickly as you can.
