They will mislead you under the guise of helping you, and will employ low budget tow truck driver that will go behind a gate on to property not open to the public. They will do this while you're in conversation with them about payment options. A consumer would be well advised not to do business with this company. I got behind and paid a large sum of money to catch up, or so I thought. Over the next year or so all of my payments were put towards interest and the actual amount had not been touched.
