I have had nothing but great experiences at gateway ford all thanks to Caleb Evans always fast friendly and helpful with anything you need I definitely recommend everyone to go see mr. Evans about purchasing a car he s definitely one of the best around

Arrived 30 minutes late for an appointment for tires and alignment. I asked the service personnel if they still had time to take care of my truck, he assured me that it was no problem. So at 10AM I turned my keys over to the service personnel. It is a nice clean operation with multiple service bays. I watched as they immediately put my truck on the lift, removed the wheels, and there it sat for over 2 hours before it was touched again. In the meantime I watched several trucks that came in after I did receive their service and leave. So I asked the service technician why my truck is taking so long for a set of tires, and why it has been setting on the rack for over two hours untouched, he responded with an apology stating that service orders have been shuffled and somehow mine got on the bottom. He also stated that it takes an hour and a half to do a front in alignment and he felt sure they completed the alignment first. I told him that I m not the best mechanic in the world but I ve never seen a front alignment without having the front wheels on the vehicle and since mine has been sitting for two hours with wheels off I seriously doubt it has been aligned. He excused himself to check on my truck.

When he returned he stated that it would take an additional hour and a half to complete the mounting and alignment. I responded that I did not have time. I ask him to return my truck now or mount the tires as quickly as possible so I could leave.

At a few minutes after 1 PM, A total of three hours later they presented my truck, the service technician stated that he would pick my truck up at my convenience align the front end and return it, however I live over 45 minutes away so I don t see that happening. Next when he presents the bill he tells me he has discounted my bill from roughly $1500-$1300 To offset the inconvenience. That being said I told him I was quoted 1300 over the phone, and he was charging me exactly what my quote was without discount. Obviously at this point he thought he would finish my unpleasant visit by lying to me. In business that is the kiss of death, one time is enough.

Being in business myself I understand you have one chance to make a first impression. My first impression is not favorable and I will not be back.

Jackson West was my sales rep and did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and was very patient showing me several F150s before I chose the one I wanted. I would buy from Gateway and Jackson again.

My boyfriend purchased a Ford F150 with Jackson West at Gateway Ford in Greeneville TN and the process was extremely smooth. Jackson goes above and beyond to find what vehicle fits exactly what you re looking for. He is super friendly and not pushy. He helps you in anyway he can and you can tell he cares about his customers rather than treating them like another number. I am currently in the process of looking for potential vehicles and Jackson was very knowledgeable on everything in the lot while I was considering my options today. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I have bought three cars from here, a 15 Explorer, 16 Transit 350 van and a 14 Camaro. Bought all from the same salesman Matt King. Matt was awesome to work with and have sense traded the Camaro for a 13 F150 from guess who, Matt King at another dealership. Sometimes it not the dealership it's the salesperson. As to the service department, I can only say I have dealt with them three times and only one might have been positive. The only thing I can get them to do is tell me to make an appointment. My Transit has a recall notice for seatbelt issues and going to take two appointments, one to look at and the other to fix it. At the time it was the only Transit they had sold and have the vin to check if it is on the recall list. Website says service department is open from 8-12 on Saturday but doesn't say that is only Quick Lane. Went by this morning to see about having a flash done on my F150 for a trailer brake control was told can't do it till Monday because no tech on duty and the cost would be $99 for a twenty minute process. It would take longer to do the paperwork than the process. The friend who told me to give them a shot was promised a "Bird Dog" fee for referring new customers and he has yet to see it. I dread the day I ever need them for something big. I have heard about too many nightmares about their service department and gives me chills.

This has to be the best dealership I have ever been to. It was actually my mother buying, but I went along to help and offer opinions. The salesman, Travis, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We wasnt sure what to get her, since she didnt want to get another car bc it was hard for her to get in and out with her back. Travis listened and directed her to the perfect vehicle. He also was able to get her payments very low, especially considering the Escape he found us has all the bells and whistles! Anybody that is looking for good dealership and honest, caring salesperson, look no further than Gateway Ford and Travis! I will definitely be going back when im ready to trade!

Folks, I have to share! I had the BEST experience with Blake and Danielle on Tuesday when I went in to look at the new Ford Ranger 4x4. Blake and I discussed my needs/wants to pull a horse trailer but something that would be economical when NOT pulling one. He qualified me for financing and had to step out and handle another issue BUT asked Danielle to step in and show me the vehicles they had available. Danielle was very knowledgeable as well and most accommodating. When Blake was finished with his other issue, he came back and we did a test drive. Truck was a perfect fit for me and Blake worked with financing to get me as close to the amount I established as monthly payment - within $20! There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure and that is what I loved. Blake and Danielle were professional, informative, offered alternatives, and are there to service the customer. Since I was originally there to have my husband's truck serviced, Blake followed me home with my new truck too.... HOW AWESOME is that?!! Thank you Gateway Ford Team Blake and Danielle

Came in for my free oil change from buying a new car a few months ago. The guy working was nice but I literally waited for an hour just to get an oil change! Usually it takes 15 minutes or less, not sure why it would take so long to get a simple oil change...but I will not be coming back once my free changes are used.

Travis was very friendly, patient and easy to talk to. He was able to work with me and my friend that was helping me car shop to beat a deal I'd gotten from a dealership in another state. I felt that he was honest, which is not the case with so many of the people I dealt with at many dealorships during my car buying process. I waited to write this review until I made sure my tag arrived. I'm happy to report that it arrived on time with the assistance of Audra who was terrific. I purchased the car in Tennessee but I live in GA. The process was smooth and easy. The only reason I left off a star was because the manager in charge of overseeing the paperwork signing made me feel a bit rushed. I would have liked to have been able to ask a few more questions about what I was signing as we went, but all in all my experience at Gateway was very positive and so far I'm loving the car!

I am a Ford person but this Escape has a lot of issues. Seems like the compays statement is that this they are all like this. Road noise in cabin is very loud, low power, uncomfortable ride to name a few.

Went to check out a used diesel on 7/2. Talked on some numbers then after doing some research I found they were asking $4k over what nada retail was. So I called back to see about working up some new numbers. I was told "okay I'll call you back", over a week later and I've left 4 messages for jackson and still have not gotten a returned phone call. I was very interested in the truck but was not going to pay thousands more than what it is worth just because it has low miles. I guess I'll just hold out until I find another diesel somewhere else.

I bought my car from Gateway Ford brand new in 2011 and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I recently took my car in for some recalls and again I could not have asked for a better experience. They are very professional and actually treat you like a human being. They also respect you and that s hard to find now days. I was going to take my car to a dealership closer to where I work, for convenience, but after talking to the Service Manager at that other dealership and him being so rude, I decided to take it back to Gateway for the recalls and I m so glad I did. Thank You Gateway for treating people like they are humans and being so respectful!

I just purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect from Gateway Ford for our local Humane Society. When I visited, I didn't actually intend to say yes that day, but the salesperson, Danielle was so informative about the van, it made me want to purchase it before someone else snapped it up! No high pressure sale tactics were used and that was a major plus for me. I do not like being pressured. Danielle knew every inch of the van and answered all my questions, which there were many! After the purchase, she told me to contact her any time if I have more questions. I actually did contact her with a question a couple of days after the purchase and she responded immediately. The van is wonderful and perfect for our shelter needs. Thank you Danielle and Gateway Ford!

In town for a few days and need diesel service. Oil change fuel filter rotate tires fluid levels

Took me in -and out 2 hours later-with detailed explanations of necessary work.

While waiting I observed how they handled customers. Came into the waiting room and sat down with them to keep them updated. Even gave a lady a loaner car so she could make an appointment because it was gonna take a few hours to fix her car.

Very impressed.

This particular Ford dealer there's so much better than the Ford dealer in Morristown. It's worth the extra Drive especially if you're looking at a pre-owned vehicle, you will definitely be better off at Gateway Ford. If you're buying a new vehicle, Gateway is still better because they have a muvh nicer and better service department compared to the one in Morristown, hands down.
