I recently went online and searched for a new Jeep...

I recently went online and searched for a new Jeep and found one at this dealership. I contacted the dealership and they were quick to reply and very helpful in extending their hours of operation because I did not live close and have to travel into the location.

Upon arrival the jeep was clean and parked ready and waiting for me to test drive. Jackson was my sells rep and was extremely helpful. He did not make me feel bad for being at the dealership so late and his whole priority was to make me and my family feel comfortable which he totally succeeded.

I have bought many vehicles but I would have to say that this was the most seamless and timely by I have ever had.

Jackson knew I didn t want to have to wheel and feel and that I was not there for negotiations so he quickly went to his sales manager and found me the exact price I was looking for and I could not have been happier. I would recommend this dealership over many of the other ones that I have bought from and I would travel back to Greenville to purchase another vehicle from them. I highly recommend using Jackson as well. He listened carefully and gave me exactly what I wanted and communicated the whole process through.

We recently purchased a 2011 Lincoln Navigator from Gateway Ford. The sales persons and staff we helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They allowed us ample time to drive and check the vehicle out for ourselves. I have dealt with Gateway Ford several times in a business and personal setting and I would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have service repairs on their exsisting vehicle. I purchased a car back in 2016 from them. When my first oil change was done, I found out the bumper was held on by zip-ties. I went back through my paperwork and could not find the carfax report. The sales man first said (as I was filling out paperwork) oh looks like it has been in an accident, oh no wrong one then he hands me the paper, I handed it to my husband as I was busy (yea I should have looked at it I know) he glanced over it and laid it on my papers I was to keep. We both however stepped out of the office briefly in the middle of the paperwork, the sales man removed the carfax from my pile of papers I was to keep. I did my own carfax report and found out that is was in an accident. I bought my car from the smaller dealership they have in Jonesbourgh.

I stopped by Gateway Ford last week to look at new F-150's. Dylan Fields was my sales professional and did an incredible job. So here is the spill. I currently have a 2012 model. 5.4 Trition engine f-150 , and originally I did not want to trade at all because i did not know how i felt about the new aluminum body and i could not imagine a V6 engine in a truck. Well after talking to Dylan which by the way Gateway Ford is extremely lucky to have. He explained to be multiple reasons why the trucks are better than they ever have been. He knew every button and spec, every statistic on that on the f-150, it blew my mind. I mean if i asked a question he knew the answer. i even looked it up to see if he was full of it and he was spot on with the truth. I am sold on gateway ford and Dylan Fields is who i will deal with when I am ready to buy. He did not pressure me after i told him i was about a year out from buying. Very good dealership and some of the best sales pros i have ever met.

I just purchased my very first car a 2017 Nissan Juke last week. We drove from WV so I could find the perfect car and as soon as we arrived Caleb Evans greeted us, had the car cleaned and ready for me, he answered all my questions and even took extra time to help me set up my Bluetooth and figure out all the bells and whistles on my new Juke. He even recommended local places for us to visit before we headed back home the next day! Extremely pleased with my purchase and Caleb made things a breeze, super friendly and personable. We had no intentions of buying a vehicle when we got there. Danielle showed us cars in the lot that we maybe interested in with no pressure to buy a car. She explained every step of buying a car for the first time and gave us great tips of car buying. She even helped us with our son who was very tired and didn t want to be there anymore. Overall for buying a car for the first time, or anytime really, I would recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a car.

Purchased a new Ford F-150. Excellent service . Thanks to Blake, Caleb, Kevin and all the other individuals we came in contact with during our purchase.
All were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This includes the service department that installed the bed cover several days after the purchase.
It's refreshing to deal with a business where you come in contact with so many individuals and you feel the left actually knows what the right is doing and vise versa. We old people use to refer to that as Job and Product knowledge. lol

Caleb Evans was the salesman I dealt with; he was very professional and easy to work with. He was very laid back and knowledgeable about the inventory. The dealership is well laid out with a great selection of vehicles. While they didn't have my car on the lot, they did a great job locating and getting my car. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new Ford, Lincoln, or Nissan.

I went to numerous dealers in the Tri-Cities area and ultimately ended up at Gateway. While there my wife and I walked out to look over the F-150 s they had on the lot and loved the Blue Jeans King Ranch. Jackson West came over and introduced himself and was a great salesperson to work with throughout the process. Jackson gets 5 stars,

Gateway gets 3 stars. When we were talking about the incentives they said we would be able to use the 3 months paid and 3 months deferred, but when it came time to sign, we were told we couldn t use it. Also, when they installed the tailgate extender they put in two of the same sides, which tells me they didn t take the time or effort to make sure it actually worked. Another shout out to Jackson who went above and beyond to get it right.

Caleb Evans was very helpful in finding the vehicle I asked for. Unfortunately I changed my mind since we had spoken. This didn't stop Caleb. We found another truck that matched what I needed and he drove to Erwin to check it and bring it back. It is a pleasure to drive my new truck at the beginning and end of my long truck driving day and I thank Caleb for sticking with it and finding what I needed for the price range I chose. I will be seeing Caleb in the near future to find something to replace our other car.

Purchased a truck from Gateway Ford about 6 months ago. First off I was sold the vehicle with gas indicator on empty, and I let them know in a survey about this, but received no response from dealer. Not super expensive for gas so not a huge deal. Since then I had to replace break pads, blinker light, and blue tooth is working intermittently. I get that blue tooth and blinker light wouldn't be caught in an inspection before sale, but the break pads should have been caught before putting on a lot. I had the break pads replaced 2 months ago or 4 months after purchase with less than 3k additional miles driven. The breaks started squealing much earlier than that, but I had just put down a significant down pmt with dealer, so I could not go right to a shop for inspection. I did not inform the dealer till recently because they didn't even respond to an empty gas tank, how would they respond to new break pads. Anyways, they reached out to me recently for referrals and I told them of my situation along with providing proof of my invoice of new break pads from a reputable mechanic. I have asked for reimbursement for the break pads since it was clearly sold with poor break pads, but they refuse even with proof. Buyer beware

I went to Gateway to see how much they would give me for my trade in with no intentions of buying. There I met a guy, Sawyer Brady. He was a salesman for Gateway. He was extremely easy to work with and showed enthusiasm for his job. He knew his product and his attitude was one of the best! He has a great personality! We started talking about vehicles. Before I knew it, they had given me a more than generous offer for my vehicle and a very fair deal on the truck I wanted. Sawyer worked with me all the way, along with the manager Ben. I have bought several vehicles over my lifetime, this was one of the most enjoyable times. Thank you Gateway for the experience of dealing with you and your great staff! Sawyer and Ben are great assets to the Gateway company! I love my new truck and look forward to seeing you guys in the future for maintenance!

We took our Altima in for a recall - We had an appointment and arrived early and Lisa met us and took our car in for the work to be done while we waited in the waiting area. Lisa checked on us while we waited and gave us great chocolate chip cookies and came and got us when the work was finished - we actually left before the appointment time - she was great! This was a very pleasant experience.

Loved our salesman. Loved our car. Drove from out of town. Then... after driving it a few days one headlight was pink one white, car wouldn't start sometimes then just die, both rear DVD didn't work. Just check EVERYTHING before you leave. Wouldn't hurt to try to test drive it a day. Once you leave it's all your problem.

I work for a company that uses this place to service it's fleet vehicles . Everytime I go I have to return to fix some screw up they should have done the first time . They have cost our fleet manager thousands in misdiagnosed problems with a pull it all out attitude. They say they'll call you every time and most times I have to call or stop to get the status . Seems like the techs need to retrain and not rely on a freaking computer . Cause let me tell you if the computer says it's not there it's not there , no one knows how to manually look for something anymore. Had I another choice id never take our vehicles there , takes 3 weeks to do anything.

Long story short, there is no way that I will take...

Long story short, there is no way that I will take a vehicle here for service. The Ford Certified Master Technicians were not able to correctly diagnose my vehicle because the check engine light was not on. The same problem remained, even after they dinged me for a new engine. After they had a week to work on it, I picked up the truck with the same problem. They are absolutely clueless about what is happening.

It was a constant struggle to get any kind of answer, with one question being asked eleven times before it was answered. The owning family became involved, which did not produce the promise (nor promises!) of a solution.

If there was a way to rate negative stars, I would give this place a negative 5.

I will not return to this dealership. In fact, this experience was so bad that I might leave Ford altogether - I have driven Ford trucks since 1993. Yes, it was that bad.

The good: Phillip (service writer, not the original service writer with whom I dealt) and Cassie (Customer Experience Manager).

The bad: there is no middle ground here.

The horrible: Service department.

Tyler the tech was wonderful and did an amazing job fixing my car when bill gatton could not fix it. It was a bring back for bill gatton and they said that they could not find anything wrong.
Tyler at gateway found the issue in 30 mins and a recall on a part. He heard the issue i was talking about and fixed my car. I am so happy with his work.
However it was sad that i had to pay 100 for my deductible when i could have only paid 50 at bill gatton. Only if they had listened to me and actually look at my car with a little effort they would have known what to do, unless the tech was clueless.
Thank you Gateway Service Department and Thank you Tyler the tech for listening to the customer and fixing the issue.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jackson West at Gateway Ford Nissan. He took what is normally a headache, and made it simple. They do not pressure you, show you cars you can t afford, or use any of the old tricks that people associate with a car dealership. They ask what your looking for and do their best to find it. Jackson and Ben Nelson literally spent the better part of a day to get us financing (with a great rate!) and in the car we wanted. I would recommend Jackson West , and Gateway as a whole to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck. Make this your first stop, and thank me later.

Seen 2010 honda odyssey on facebook market place for $4995. Went and test drove. Was very interested in purchasing it, gonna pay cash, but a MrTravis Bullman wasn't going to honor listed price. Instead he increased price to $8500, and said the best he could do was $6500. Very disappointed in the service and honoring a listed price.

Far and away the most pleasant car-buying experience of my life. Every person I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at the price I discussed. I drove 3 hrs to buy from Gateway and will do it again the next time my family needs a vehicle. Wish I could give hyphen 10 stars!
