I have to say it was a positive experience from the first time I inquired, via internet, about a specific vehicle. Catie Brown was prompt to respond and then when I visited Gateway she and the young man who helped me, Jackson West, were very courteous and professional. I also appreciate Jackson's patience and the attentiveness he gave me.
