I went in for a warranty transfer. I was told that he was unsure if he could do it or not, but he made copies, took my number, and said he would call me back. I never got a call back, so I went back 3 days later. I waited until he was finished with a customer. Then I was told there were 5 more sales in front of me and asked me to come back the next week. I felt like I was just put off because he didn t want to deal with it.

This dealership's Nissan service center is one of the best I have been to. My Frontier started having problems in ct before I left for Tennessee, the dealership in ct said I would probably make to TN but not back due to the transmission. In short, the Gateway technician diagnosed the problem and fix the issue 3 out of balanced tires that where causing the vibration. Gateway has became my Dealership of Choice. J.D. Brown

Normally in life you don't get to buy a new vehicle very often, in fact, almost never. So the last thing you want is to be cheated on your experience. That is why I bought from Danielle at Gateway Ford, over 300 miles away. Danielle had me at hello, such a great person to deal with. Job well done. Then there was Max the manager, another fine example of great Southern Hospitality. They gave me the respect to listen to my needs and wishes and remembered exactly what I asked for. To say I was completely satisfied isn't good enough. I am overwhelmed at how smooth this process was from beginning to end and all in between. Thank you for my new truck, the F150 XL 4x4, I love it. I can't wait to get get in and go somewhere. Anywhere, it's that cool. Comfortable, equipped with the bare essentials I was looking for. Don't miss out, check this place out and ask for Danielle too. Ford financing here was a breeze and trade number was very honest and even generous. I would do business there again, thank you Gateway and thank you Ford.

We did buy a car from them but the practices we're sketchy. We originally went in to look. We found the car we love. Then went home to sleep on it looked it up and it was $1750 less online. They wouldn't match and refused anything else to compensate. Then the week after we purchased the vehicle it starts having an air bag light issue. Took it in several times but it kept happening. Finally was told to go the Chevy dealer as it was only one of their used cars (it was a chevy) needed a new sensor. They refused to fix it. Worst car buying experience ever.

I just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Gateway in Greeneville. My salesman was Roger Tweed, whom I've known for many years. He did a wonderful job negotiating my trade in as well as helping me get a wonderful deal on my purchase. Roger even took the time to show me how all the features work and how to program them. Jackson helped me find the exact car I wanted! I spent some time looking for the 2020 Nissan Sentra and other dealers told me they couldnt get me the car in the color I wanted, but Jackson went the extra mile gave some effort and was able to find me the exact car I wanted. He was very helpful kind and had great customer service. I'd personally recommend him to everyone I know because he gives the extra effort to help his customers. I am very pleased with his help and service.

Had cash in hand to buy a used truck today. Manager never called back like He said he would. Truck is about 6k over retail and he says it s just the way the market is. Was supposed to work me a deal and never did call back. I also asked him and the Internet person to give the previous owner my number to call me so I could ask about the truck and they said it was a privacy concern. Just seemed to me once I wanted to find out about the Red 2006 F-350 they didn t want to deal with me. So I assume the truck has issues. After looking close at the pictures of this truck it had been very muddy under the hood and underside and washed but they missed some spots also someone had taken spray paint to the frame to make it look clean so i would say it was abused is why they wouldn t put myself and previous owner in contact.. Glad I didn t drive 3 hours for this.

I was in East Tennessee for work this week and had car trouble on my way back to Kentucky Wednesday night. Having no idea where to go, I asked Siri where the closest Nissan dealership was and she lead me to Greeneville. I was at the service department first thing this morning, explained my situation to Lisa Anderson, and she had my car back within 15 minutes. Sadly, the Murano I went in with would not make it out. So, Lisa brings in Roger Tweed, who immediately gets my information and starts looking into ways to get me home. Absolutely no pressure, just real honest talk, which I appreciate so much. The team priced out all of my options, and even started looking for any used parts to cut costs. In the end, I decided that a new car was the best option. Roger found a 2018 Murano that suited me perfectly. With the assistance of Kevin Stanton, finance manager, I was even able to manage to keep my monthly payment within $20 of what I was currently paying. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their assistance today. They were kind, patient, and professional the entire day. I look forward to seeing them again as I collect on my two free oil changes.

I would not recommend the service department. Took my car in for a recall, while I was there I asked them to LOOK at a small problem I was having with my console. I have a very good extended warranty. I gave them this info in the begin I also said LOOK several times, so I knew what we were dealing with before we fixed it or if it was worth fixing. I had left the dealship while they did the supposed looking and the recall. Upon returning I was told the fee to fix the console that they had fixed and Mike was very rude when he informed me i didn't have a warranty, I went to my car got the paperwork, he was like oh, I'll call them. Long story short they charged me for something that I was trying to get a price on or if it would be covered, then was very rude, no one cares you just have to pay it. I then get a call from Abby on the way home to "Talk" about what happen and she agreed i was treated wrong. What did she Do? Nothing!!! I email her the next morning and we were in a discussion, then she just stopped emailing, no response to fixing my problem. Also I had to I'm the end, ask about the recall, on which his response was oh your fine. So what does that mean? I got a recall letter on my 2015 for nothing?

I have had my truck serviced three times they refuse to put the heat shields back under truck properly was supposed to rotate tires,wasn't done don't even know if they changed oil ,was going to buy a new truck from there but not now will find somewhere else they are Sorry

They force you to go along with there little promotions when you call in to follow up on anything , there way to pushy with it and it's very offensive especially when you plainly tell them that you don't have time for it and need to speak to who ever you called for . This being said , I personally would buy a car from them .

The Quick Lane Service Center and Gateway Ford Lincoln Mazda are very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I rate them top notch all the way. I had an issue with a third party coupon for an oil change and The Quick Lane Service Center at Gateway took care of it immediately, they went over and beyond my expectations. Also, they never try to upsale me (like many other service centers do) I just had an oil change at Quick Lane Service Center at Gateway, my friend had the same service same day at a dealership in Morristown, before giving her the bill they handed her an estimate for "winterizing" and other optional services, totaling over $500 - just one of the many reasons I drive from Morristown to have my car serviced only at The Quick Lane Service Center at Gateway in Greeneville. Bravo! to the Quick Lane Service Center and Gateway Ford Lincoln Mazda.... in a time when customer service and client appreciation is virtually nonexistent, they excel.

Had my F250 brought in for service, they got me back on the road by noon the next day, I travel a lot. So I then bought a used truck for my son the next day! Both experiences were fantastic! Service-great job, used cars- great job! I will travel out of my way if possible to continue my business with this dealership!

Jackson did an excellent job working with the team and Travis to get us the car/payment we wanted. Kevin was also very explanatory of everything with the financial part. The only thing I would recommend is after the sale is finalized, following up with the customer one more time to ensure everything was completed and that they were 100% satisfied.

This was my third purchase from Gateway Ford. I have been impressed each time with the sales process and this time was no different. Jackson was our sales associate and went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that we had. I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable about the difference in each model and could explain the product so that I could make the best informed decision. I ve been called an over-thinker most of my life, but Caleb Duckett patiently responded to all of my concerns without the stereotypical pressure that is expected from a car salesman. I went to another car dealership before I came to Gateway, and the salesman there was the stereotypical car salesman who wouldn t give me any information about vehicle prices until he had me cornered in his office. He pressured me the whole time and wouldn t give me the information I asked for. Caleb at Gateway was the exact opposite. He was upfront about pricing, and he gave me the time I needed to do my own research and to think things through without playing games. I will 100% go back to Gateway when I m ready to purchase my next car, and I ll ask for Caleb.

I just bought a car from Gateway Nissan, I just love the car, Blake Higgins was my salesman and he worked very hard to get the deal and my payments where I needed them. He even skipped his lunch to help with my purchase. Also the finance department worked very hard to keep my payments as low as possible. If you are looking for a new car give them a chance, I shopped at three other dealers before stopping at Gateway and no one else would give me a deal like Gateway did. Bought a Chevy Trax on September 24 .I am very happy with the service I received. I had totaled my car and was in desperate need of a car. I had contacted several dealerships. Catie Brown was the the first person to contact me She was very quick to answer any questions that I had..I explained to her I had a small down payment and couldn't pay a high car payment.Within a few hours she called me back and told me they could help me. The next day Terry the finance guy called, it was like talking to a friend .Danielle was also very nice to me. They are very professional but also down to earth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car.

I bought my car from Gateway in 2015. I loved the buying experience. There was no pressure. I let them know what I needed, what I could afford, and I was given a selection of three vehicles to choose from. Today, however, I was reminded why I bought from Gateway in the first place. On my way to a meeting in Alcoa, my car's transmission gave up the ghost. I called to let them know I needed help. A tow truck was sent to bring my car in and diagnose the problem. Although I was a basket case, I knew everything would be okay. A special thank you to Lennie, Audra, Mike and the young man who helped rescue me.

I have had some difficult issues with my 2015 Ford, but did not given up and continued to search for the cause of the problem. They're also reasonable in their charges. The staff in the service and finance department were super nice and kind.

This place is a real experience . 2 months later my truck is starting to get close. Would be a great place to start a body shop. Now after a deer collision, I have to get my window tint replaced, my hood won't close properly,2 door dents still,wow wow wow,visible plastic hold downs missing under hood. One stopper pun under hood ,cranked way up (other one is still down) ie/didn't replace hood, what a joke ....

Our son has spent many months looking for a new car. We stopped here to look at a 2017 F150. This truck was exactly what he wanted. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant. Jackson West took care of my son. This was his first big purchase as new college graduate. After all the financing was done, Jackson came in on his day off to deliver the truck. We live about an hour and half away depending on traffic. I could not ask for a better experience and we have been to many in the past several months. Will definitely use Jackson again when the time comes. Thanks so much Jackson for a great experience.
