I purchased a car back in 2016 from them. When my first oil change was done, I found out the bumper was held on by zip-ties. I went back through my paperwork and could not find the carfax report. The sales man first said (as I was filling out paperwork) oh looks like it has been in an accident, oh no wrong one then he hands me the paper, I handed it to my husband as I was busy (yea I should have looked at it I know) he glanced over it and laid it on my papers I was to keep. We both however stepped out of the office briefly in the middle of the paperwork, the sales man removed the carfax from my pile of papers I was to keep. I did my own carfax report and found out that is was in an accident. I bought my car from the smaller dealership they have in Jonesbourgh.
