Honestly, I see all these posts about how awful this company is and how the staff is so rude. I have nothing but good things to say! They were very polite and understanding. I was able to pay the amount in full. They showed sympathy and compassion as well as offered me advice to create a better credit score for myself. I not only spoke with general employees but supervisors as well.
