After a day in the office, the Gaslight Co. in Folsom is a great place to eat and relax, especially if you go there on Wednesday night for open mike. Or, go listen to bands on music Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Their impressive beer list will either keep you busy trying new beers or ensure you are too drunk to pick your next glass of beer.

Adorable bar upstairs in Old Town Folsom. Watched some live music from a local artist and had pizza. A little greasy but the drinks were good. Nice view. A nice chill spot for some drinks and to chat.

hands-down and BY FAR the BEST cubano sandwich I've ever eaten and the slaw that came with it was incredible . took over 15 minutes to place order which seemed excessive. but employees were swamped and I believe understaffed. so that's on management NOT the workers. live music good atmosphere wonderful food authentic and classy drinks will DEFINITELY go back

Came on a Saturday during peak time with a party of 4 and no reservations. covid 19 measures in effect. Very friendly staff. Good food, great drinks. Shade on the balcony during a 95f degree day, very pleasant overlooking Sutter st.

Great ambiance, five star service. We were there for a birthday celebration and the staff was very nice and attentive. We had grilled halibut and steak which was very delicious. Drinks were great too. Will definitely go back

I loved the atmosphere and the music as we walked in. It was today on a Sunday at 2 pm. I brought my kids but it's a restraunt by day. The sign said seat yourself so we did the 3 people sitting at the bar and the one bartender looked at us as we came in. We sat there 20 minutes and considering they aknowledged us and we're not busy I started feeling unwelcome. I looked up on their website as I sat there thinking maybe they only serve dinner on sundays. I searched their website and found nothing about exceptions. Poor customer service. Got up and walked out an uncomfortable experience. I could have been a 5 star and told other how great you are. Its said A customer with a bad experience will tell 20. Great set up but the building doesn't create the experience the people do. There was not a single hello.

We thought we would come here for dinner, but found appealing choices for food somewhat lacking. We wound up just ordering an appetizer and some drinks, appetizer cheese plate was okay, but the beers we both ordered were out of stock even though they were still on the menu. Alternate choices were made, but still a disappointment. There seemed to be quite a few locals who came in and knew what they wanted exactly, so maybe they knew something we didn't.

Atmosphere was nice we're vegetarians and they were able to accommodate us for a veggie sandwich and it was a standard veggie sandwich lettuce and tomatoes and whatnot so if you need a quick place to stop if you're a vegetarian that would be a good place for it if your meat eater I hear the the meat is delicious

We dropped in on Tuesday for a quick beer, we were invited to join in on their trivia game which we could have won 25$ but are terrible at trivia. Still super fun. They mentioned open mic the next night. We had to be down on Sutter street anyway so we thought we would check it out. We were created by the super friendly bar keep Danay, who remembered us and even what we had drank the night before. What a great stop, the performers were awesome. Had so much fun we stayed to the end. They serve food as well, don t miss this hidden gem.

With so many options on Sutter Street, this place stands out with its stellar live music acts and super helpful service staff. Giant windows let in light perfect for cheery daytime pints, and the balcony overlooking Sutter St. is equipped with heat lamps for chilly evenings. The vibe is decidedly low key, with a notable amount of rotating craft ciders in addition to local craft beer.

Went here for the first time last Saturday, it was very nice. It's kind of hard to find, but worth the search. We saw a band and enjoyed drinks and music. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Sorry to say only tried the bar. Not a good experience. We went in to have wine and eat but only got a glass of wine due to not being important to the bartenders.
Not busy at all and there are 2 young ladies behind the bar. They were only interested in the 3 single guys at the end of the bar. Had to get their attention to pay and leave. No thank you or goodbye. Another couple left before us without ordering.
That s not cool at all. Went next door to the Mexican restaurant bar and we were treated like appreciated customers.

Nice little bar and fun venue for love music. Indoor and outdoor seating and very friendly staff. Nice selection of beer and wine and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the selections. Live music here and it's kept at a comfortable volume and very enjoyable.
