Website needs a lot of improvement. Eg Allow one-way tickets in your fare finder section , and acceptance of foreign credit cards would be better, and disclosure of the full fare including the booking fee up front would be polite.
Normally an ok service. Excellent for the money, but if you want a good time, pay the extra price of a different option. The busses are rarely on time, the time on the bus can vary and vary by a lot. I have never travelled for the time that they predict. Not even close. No refunds are given for any ticket reservations and they charge you if you want to change reservations. Essentially, if you want a poor service for a good price, go with them.
