I purchased a motel in Upstate NY in December and the first few weeks I had several companies call me asking to show me their reservation systems. One was on the phone with us for an hour and I didn't understand a thing after she got done (she was young and as confused as I was). Then Resnexus was recommended to me, so I gave them a call and Chris was awesome. He made sure we understood everything, it was simple to operate, and the price was great to have a modern reservation system. In addition, their website team (Sydney) built us a beautiful current website that really catches peoples attention. However, the best part, was Matt in the IT/Website design area. He worked diligently with me to get the ownership of the motels domain transferred out of the old owners name, and transferred to my ownership. He stuck with it and as of a half hour ago, (after 3 months) it is officially in my name and owned by our company now. Thank you Matt, Chris, Sydney and Resnexus. I look forward to many years working together with Resnexus.

I've had the pleasure of using ResNexus this past week, and looking forward to using it for a long time. I used another software system for the last year, and I can honestly say I've never been more happier then I am with ResNexus. Great product and Great customer service. I like being able to pick up the phone and speak with someone who is not in a call center somewhere that has no idea how the software actually works. We have used ResNexus for the past 4 years and have been happy with continued improvements and ease of operations.

I have been using ResNexus for over 3 years now, and they continue to amaze me with their product. ResNexus is constantly striving to improve their service, and they do just that. In a world where technology, smart phones, online demands, and market trends are changing constantly ResNexus does a superb job of keeping me up to date. Myself and another manager even walked into their office in Salem Utah unannounced, and they rolled out the red carpet for us. We got everything we had hoped to accomplish that day, and then some! It seemed like a great environment when we were there, and now I can picture the place, and people when I am on the phone with them. I even just moved my website over to their team, and I couldn't be happier. Their team built us a new website almost over night! I was so blown away at the customer service I received. Now that my website and property management software are held under one roof I can finally get back to running my business. The best part is that I can now update information, policies, and pictures really easily. I could not survive anymore without the type of service ResNexus provides!

So far every question and concern had been addressed and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Andrew Webb had been my red carpet guy, and has suffered thru my terrible internet connection, a horrible work schedule, seems numerous other complications without complaint! I hope all of the Resnexus staff are as friendly as this guy. His team worked hard for me and I can't wait to see the pay off.

I have been a ResNexus customer for over five years and could not be happier!! The service is outstanding. Matt H took his time and helped me make my website perfect. I use the Professional Version of the software, the ResNexus website, and recently added the texting feature. The software is easy to use and my staff loves it. With their help and support, my occupancy rate for 2019 was 78% and I used NO OTAs. We are extremely satisfied with their product and I would highly recommend them. Their team of Red Carpet Professionals provide support that is unmatched anywhere. They offer constant training and ideas to help grow your business. They give you the tools to use to make running your business easy so you can take care of the Guest at your facility. ResNexus allows my business to look professional and rival the larger hotel chains.

Prior to opening our B&B three seasons ago, I tested out several reservation systems to see what had the best fit with our new business. After talking to representatives of several systems, we were very impressed with Reservation Nexus (ResNexus). The many options available with the system, the ease of operation, the reliability of the service, and the consistently good support by the "Red Carpet Professionals" reinforces that this was a fabulous choice for us. We are now entering our 3rd season in business and couldn't be happier with our choice of ResNexus. You get what you pay for, and with this service you get the best. We would highly recommend it to other B&B owner/operators.

Andrew and Rachael have been wonderful to work with. The software is easy to learn. They have 300 youtube videos with instructions on how to do almost anything in the software. They always answered my emails in a timely matter. If they didn't know the answer they would find out and let me know. Great company!!!

After reviewing many options, I recently switched to ResNexus from another property management software package for my B&B. The support and training has been far beyond anything I've experienced previously. The personal service of my trainer, Andrew Webb, and the many training videos is quite remarkable. We were up and running very quickly and have a great booking engine integrated with our own website. This has been a smooth experience from day one! Highly recommended!

Very organized and easy to use. Not made for campgrounds, but serviceable. Customer support is lacking, long wait times, not open on the weekends which is when 90% of problems occur. Reports could use more coverage in revenue measurement, showing availability for periods of time longer than one day, needs to show nights occupied per site or per site groups. They built the grid with weekends as Friday and Saturday, that's not the weekend (Sat, Sun) and they won't fix it. the feature to add travel website channels is unique and cool, we plug in airbnb and it makes reservations on Resnexus automatically.

I just returned home from attending the Resnexus Academy, with new ideas and ways to implement them. The Academy was fantastic, knowledge was gained through all the different types of workshops. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to work one on one with you. Great experience.

ResNexus has been great to work with for our online reservations. After years with another company, it was not an easy transition for me. However, the company has been very responsive to my questions and quick to make changes I've requested. Specifically, Andrew Webb has been just fabulous to work with, very patient and thorough. He has been my main contact at ResNexus and I couldn't be happier with the service he has provided. Also, a great job on creating our updated website.

Great product. Pretty poor customer support. Plan on it taking days to get any problems corrected. Our property has used ResNexus for two years.

UPDATE (6-10-20) ResNexus has reached out to me since my review and I sincerely think they will be trying to correct their customer support issues. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I will see how things go over the next year.

I've been using ResNexus for 1.5 years and absolutely love the program. Easy to take reservations, give quotes, waitlist and communicate with guests. I moved my website to ResNexus and it is working perfectly (and looks good). There is so much to use in the Pro program: front desk, group reservations, housekeeping module, online reservations, booking engine, marketing, texting and so much more. The support is great, Andrew is my Support Professional and he always is there to help me when I need it.

I love this company. I have been with them for 8 years and I have seen them grow and become a real powerhouse in this industry of Lodging online software or PMS. I get the support I need. They develop many different features to stay current even before I even understand that I will need them. I attended their academy this past week. It was worth the time, energy, and travel time from the east coast to visit. The academy provided one on one time, informative classes, group sharing and finally putting faces to these names and voices that have supported me for the last 8 years. I can't say enough about these hard working people. They are passionate about their work and their company. David Mayfield is my support person and Melissa is one of his assistants that spent hours with me developing the features to custom fit my business. Thank you!

Have you ever wanted customer service that IS the FIRERY PHOENIX of complete awesomeness? Obviously you have, but service like that is a diamond in the ruff, actually it's more like a glass marble in the ocean. You can't freaking find it... EXCEPT WE DID and it's THESE GUYS. They go above and beyond and have not only brought Devils Tower Lodge to the 21st century of online booking, but they also managed to provide customer service for questions about completely different companies. They know their stuff! If you're still reading this and you still haven't called them, then you're simply just WRONG. These guys can't be paid enough for the INCREDIBLE work they do! (But seriously ResNexus bosses... pay them more!!!) I love waking up in the morning and knowing I get to call in and ask them for help. David, Aysia, Robert, Mellissa, Kirsten and everybody else... you guys rock! Did I mention they're awesome!!!!!???? Cause they are...

I love the birthday wishes Resnexus sends automatically to my guests as well as all the other wonderful things they do that I don t have to. I can have more time for my babies in Curly Q Zoo where my guests can come to pet and feed animals from ducks to pigs.

ResNexus is outstanding in terms of the tools it provides us, but especially in terms of the instant personal response you get to solve a problem; they don't just tell you how to do it yourself, they go ahead and do it for you. I own a 5 room B&B and I've been a ResNexus customer since 2012. I've always appreciated the responsive and excellent customer support, and how intuitive the program is to use. It saves me so much time when managing my reservations and has saved me from ever having a double booking. The program just keeps getting better and better with new features being added all the time. I want to give a special thanks to my Red Carpet Specialis, Bryson, and to Travis and Martha and the rest of the team at ResNexus. You make my job easier every day.

I have been a customer of ResNexus PMS system for years and love their product. We started as a 5 room B&B, and ResNexus has continued to grow with us, as we have grown into a 32 room boutique resort. Just went live with ResNexus website. I love it. Rob Gerke made it easy for me to populate and I know I will be able to maintain and update it on my own. And if I can't figure it out, I know the very reliable RexNexus helpdesk will help me out. Rob's suggestions for options and ideas were extremely helpful for our new website design. ResNexus new addition of technologist, Lance Turner really has helped me enhance my SEO capabilities. Lance also removed all technological road blocks to make sure our email system wasn't effected in our transfer of website domains.

ResNexus is fantastic. They are constantly adding new features and integrations that just keep making doing business easier. My business used to do everything in spreadsheets and it seemed like there were 100 steps just to make a reservation. Now there's one step: check email. The staff at ResNexus are great and they really listen to their clients and make updates and changes constantly based on client feedback. It's so refreshing to work with a company like this. I highly recommend the ResNexus Academy which is like a conference where they teach you all about the new features and more. I learned so much from it and I've already signed up myself and my manager for next year. Can't wait to see what they do next!
