Accommodating. The highest building in the city so far.

Definitely, this is my favorite hotel in Zamboanga as undoubtedly they offer the best. Its just stone-throw away from the airport that you can even walk going there. It is also near key city points like KCC Mall, WMSU, etc.

For health-conscious guest, they re one of the few hotels in the city with in-house fitness gym and swimming pool.

Breakfast are also served in buffet, that means you can enjoy your morning meal without any limitations (probably expect for reasons of health).

The rooms are also good depending on where you re booked. If you were booked in the new wing, expect to stay in the new, spacious and neat rooms with state-of-the-art facilities. However, if you re reserved in the old wing, expect to experience their old rooms with old model televisions.

One of the oldest hotels in city yet still one of the best hotels in Zamboanga. With its accommodating staff, delicious foods, convenience rooms, clean swimming pools, etc. It is within the heart of the City of Zamboanga. Also, they have several function rooms for different occasions such as birthdays, baptismal, graduation, wedding/wedding anniversary, meeting, training, symposium, among others.

The hotel cafe has variety of choices but the food that we tried were often too sweet for my taste.

Best to try their garlic fried chicken and their sandwiches. Should try out their huge pandesal...freshly baked everyday.

Room service was really slow as we requested for water...it never came.

I like the garden and the pool but the Dressing/CR is very dirty, its like a public CR in the market, need for renovation. Please do not book a room in the old building, its very dirty and need for renovation.

I've stayed here more than once. But the new wing was still being constructed. Now, that it is completed, it brought many other guests to the hotel. I've made friends with the staff...very friendly. When next here, I'll be island hopping. I'll stay here again.

Cafe is quite far from the Garden Wing, and senior citizens and those with physical limitations or disabilities will find the distance challenging. Wifi signal is poor/weak in the rooms, especially.

Nice Hotel. Food and Beverage attendants are so solicitous. Would have really been a great hotel if it were not for the 7 baby roaches I had to kill and 3 housekeeping guy had to get rid of. Otherwise, room size is great and decor warm

The hotel was fully booked so I didn't really expect stellar service. What i didn't expect was the bad service, which might be due to the lack of training. Front desk was accomodating but the restaurant staff wasn't. Basic service like water glasses were often lacking. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent at best. They would clean the room and forget the towels or forget to take out the trash. The food was good though and the location can't be beat. It's a good business hotel but not a place I would book to feel pampered.

They have a nice, clean and comfy room. Tey have a good view especially on the pool area. However, rooms don't have access on the wifi so you still need to stay on the lobby to be able to connect. Foods on their restaurant is just a 1 star for me. And the rest is 4 stars

Lowest rate is 3,500 unlike what they're advertising at around 2000+.. De luxe king room at 6k has no complimentary bottled water, no WiFi in the room, towels are century old you can't even say it's white. Bar/ref is empty. Mirror has these huge brown/black patches underneath. You pay that much for a low class room.

As usual, its a good hotel and dining is great and a finrle cozy bar.

However, they would consider providing payments via cards and they should also do something with their gym, the equipments are either old or too few.

The place is elegant. Hospitable staff. Its location is very accessible and is near the airport. Service is superb with nice people catering to the needs of its visitors and guest. I like the place.

We stayed in the old hotel wing.

Room rates are a little bit pricey. I didn't like the bed and the sheets though.

Toilet was even clogged. Thanks to the housekeeping staff to the rescue.

The good: Room was large and clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, staff were efficient.

The bad: bfast buffet was so-so, coffee at bfast buffet was really bad, internet was slow and very unstable inside the room. No complimentary watet was provided. At its price point, I really think that this is unacceptable.

one of the leading hotels in zamboanga city. found in the hotel belt, it is just a walk away from the airport. food is really great. ride a jeep from here and you can get to kcc mall with 5 minutes away or why not walk ?

The best place to stay in Zamboanga while on businesses. It is very close to the airport. You can walk to the hotel.

Garden Orchard has complete amenities from wifi, swimming pool, gym, spa and convention hall. There is a new wing that brings the latest in room accommodations. The rooms are also well kept.

Nearest to the airport, offers more than basic services with amenities that include gym, pool, sauna, coffeeshop, restaurant and more. One of the premium hotels in the city with convention places that's among the higgest in the city as well.

I have the heat inside the venue. In the conversation center. Better than Palacio del Sur, The coolness is still cool

If you get to choose the room, I suggest Room 204. Just near the lobby (no need for lift) and facing the pool. Aircon is centralized

P.S. they don't provide a disposable toothbrush so make sure you're able to bring one.

Responsive staff. The rooms are small though but they have a tub for garden wing.

Beautiful location, located right in front of airport.

Arrived March 13th. Booked through Expedia a few months prior. Upon arrival they tell us that Expedia is using incorrect rates, and that they want us to pay an additional amount of money to let us stay there.

They're blaming a glitch in the system with Expedia, saying it's not their fault, but they admit that this has happened many times before. A good business would've broken their contract with Expedia, and wouldn't have waited for so long to fix the problem and turn it into a problem for their customers.

At least the breakfast was good.

Great hotel in Zamboanga City. Very near the Zamboanga International Airport. The hotel is big, clean in and out, great amenities, almost everything is provided. CCTVs, security guards, police personnel, coast guards are very visible in the area. Just a bit critic with the staffs to smile more and be attentive with your guests.

The best and more secured place you can get while in Zamboanga....

Actually I wanted to give a 5 star rating but with the 4 plus star score the hotel will not close their doors for more improvement that could lead to a higher stars rating...

The arrival was confusing. We arrived at the wrong reception. It turns out there is an old part and a new part and they seemed almost like separate entities. The receptionist were not very friendly and did not seemed concerned that the guests enjoy their stay. The attitude is summed up in a letter from the management (shown in the first photo). The room (we had booked a superior ) was quite nice but that night we discovered the bed mattress and pillows were very hard and we both woke the next day with back ache. There was no water or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. When I rang and asked reception I was told you needed to ask for complimentary water. This is abnormal. In Manila I stayed in a hotel which was a third of the price but still had two bottles of complimentary water. I asked about tea/coffee making facilities. I was told I would have to upgrade the room (to get a 5 peso sachet of coffee). So much for the superior room. The WiFi worked in reception and the dining room but not the room. Breakfast was poor for the standard of hotel. The only fruit offering was three small pieces of water melon. There was no fruit juice. There were 4 hot food options (no western choices) plus an omelette station which was good. The pool/garden area was nice but overall I was surprised that this hotel is allegedly the best Zamboanga has to offer.

Good place to stay in Zamboanga City and also friendly staff. But the food is no much of my liking.

No complimentary water, lacked waiters at our event. Food is not too good. Ginattan had no bilobilo kulang gata.too hot beef stew cheap hungarian sausage.

The place is nice. The room that we were in was also nice and clean except for some malfunctions in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was really good! They also have live music. Some staff won't be as attentive as you would have wished and seem pretty reserved. It is also really close to the airport and getting to the town proper is so accessible with tricycles that runs 24 hours. Just be ware of the tricycle drivers who would charge you too much, especially, when you are a foreigner. Ask the hotel staff about getting around town. They know better.

Recommended place to stay when in Zamboanga city. This hotel provides not just state of the art amenities but high level of safety and security. Very good in terms of Physical security, access contol measures.

Elevators worked perfectly fine and were not over crowded.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The comfort rooms have bath tubs and hot showers.
The whole place is very clean and elegant.

A bit pricey, booked a cater in the poolside, requested to clean the pool because some visible dirt is noted, but they refuse to clean because they said it is only cleaned in the morning. Small food serving as well, but the taste is great.
