Worst servicing!!!

If you want a nightmare, buy a property from this company!! Worst service ever, requested lot plan last 2021. Today is 2024 and still can’t find my lot plan. Different people everytime we tried to follow up, no one can give us what we need. No care for their clients. Buy a property from them if you love hassle and stress

Inconsistent land developer , buyer beware .we both a lot in 2019 in lake at saint charbel dasmarinas paid off in full but until now the transfer of title is not yet released everytime we go to there office in Manila , they keep asking additional documents by different person and keep asking additional charges . Very inconsistent and nothing are organized in there system, soooo disappointed.

Bought a 150sgmtr land in binangonan..fully paid got our title finally after 6 or 7 months of constant going nd coming in their office then the real nightmare comes..our supposed corner lot decent near the gates lot was different than the lot that was shown to us..the address written on our title is way way back further down the subd nd the lot was not flat nd for sure cost way less than our supposed lot nd since im an ofw the burden nd stressed given was…after my nephew complained in their office their response was we are lined up for survey but cnt really tell when maybe next month next yr we dont know…now i was thingking wat they dis was intentional showing us a gd lot spot location nd giving us a hard to sell area…clueless as to wat to do or wer to ask assistance from????

I wish I could take back all the money we paid you, but it is certain that you will not be returned without much trouble, as you are worthless. September last 2016 when we paid everything that was due to your company because our loan was approved by a bank, the plan was to transfer the payment to the bank because the interest rate was lower. All we need is the title to transfer to our name and promise you that this time it will take more or less 3 mos. to transfer the title, but until now November of 2017 has not been. and it's very difficult for people to talk to you especially in the documentation. I'm sorry to tell you, I have to wait a little longer for them to give you a very frustrating answer to your follow ups. just imagine checking their prepayment at BIR 2 mos. the pri ne prepare until now is not over yet, very incompetent of the staff. So if you are planning to buy a property here in Sta Lucia, do not want to continue if you do not want to get blood on your concession.

The worse company I ever dealt with. Pag nakuha na pera mo, wala ng pakialam sayo. They lose or intentionally lose your paper work. The phone nos. they provide for the subdivision is non existent/cannot be reach. Really? What kind of business is that? Will NEVER ever buy from Sta. Lucia EVER again. I WON'T EVEN RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. 5 star review are from people who work there not from clients.

We are in the process of filling out a complaint to Hlurb. My father bought a lot in ORO vista brgy illustrated antipolo and was paid in full 19yrs ago. No development and subd, nor any clubhouse or main line of meralco and water. The street is empty and they can't even tell if the 203sqr mtrs lot has been purchased. The title is already in my father's name. We still pay more than 4k but 3mos without asking. My father was old and he could see the land from his hard earned money. Not even for sale at all. Although love, dissapproved kc no main line of electricity and water. Anyone can help? No company! After getting paid, you will complain to the office, and no one will talk to the sober!

Very Poor after sale service! unsafe subdivision specifically in Ciudad Verde Calamba! Even providing additional security personnel nor installing Street lights..until such time our house had been robbed last 2 weeks! and until now, no actions was done by this Developer!

Worst customer service! People are incompetent and...

Worst customer service! People are incompetent and would bounce you around when making inquiries. Not one can answer a simple question about golf share or whether one was attached to the property. Once you bought a lot and wanted to build, the phone line of the person handling construction permits just rings and never gets picked up. Seriously, do you want your patrons to travel to the head office just to ask simple questions about building rules, info you can just send via email had you picked up your phone! You are all just nice on the phase of making unit/lot get sold, after that you are like dealing with dead to the wall.

It is noticeable that this is already an old building but this is a tough building and well renovated. People are very accommodating especially the guards. Not bad if you want to work here.

Same sentiments as all other people here..paid for full except title tax since 2015 ... 2020 before they even pay the tax yet they have not fixed the title yet .. Very poor service .. Hopefully There is no waste in our company waste of money but we can invest in other properties for the sake of living .. Happy dreams here .. Worse when out of manila kpa buy property they will go to or to hard to sign of what Samanta is when you pay even in the area of property pede .. Money money for our company

My land title is 1yr and 5mos still missing. I requested a location plan over a month that was still missing. Follow up and nothing will tell you. Better yet ayala land 6mos you can get your land title. It 's a pity we bought a lot here. With payment you are fast!

We have sta Lucia water at our house, and they don't even provide us with water half the time. We have NO water until 4 in the afternoon and it stops at 8:00 at night. The water bill is also extremely expensive compared to other water companies. I highly recommend not having anything to do with this company. There service is extremely bad as well. Yeah....
