Well ran considering how many weddings they have at the same time.

Service was good, restaurant was lovely and the decor was fantastic, but my wife's fish was bland and my burger was cold in the middle when it was served.

Only spent the night and it was really nice. Food was good, room had plenty of space with a comfortable bed. Quiet location not far from M25.

Lovely hotel, attended a wedding there. Drink prices were high but it was lovely.

Large grounds, many suites to choose from. Staff are very good, food is to a high standard

Very nice play to visit for social events whether it be work, meal or wedding. Fabulous rooms, very respectable and friendly staff. Ample parking.

Went to a wedding reception here. The grounds were beautiful. The reception room was enormous and beautifully decorated. Surrounded by countryside. Loved it

Attended a charity ball here. The setting was beautiful right from the drive into the grounds. Beautifully lit. The hall we had the function in (the pavilion) was lovely. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

I went there for a friend's 40th birthday party. The party was excellent and I would have given a five star rating for the facilities and the bar staff. Unfortunately I've been forced to give a low rating because for some reason they have employed a bouncer that was walking around clearly hoping for some trouble and was being abrupt and rude, hoping for someone to react. Shame.

Attended a forum in one of the function rooms so only saw that room. Lunch was sandwiches so cannot really comment on service or menu etc

It's looks really grand on the outside like a stately home or Batman's mansion but on the inside things feel a little cheaper... Like an IBIS wrapped in fancy clothing.

I am definitely coming back here for the soul nights

Had afternoon tea in the brasserie. Top quality food, good service and not too expensive. The grounds are lovely.

Afternoon tea arrived at 2pm. Tea came seoaretly to cake stand. No hot water pit. China very thick not in keeping with room or tea experience. Sugar cubes difficult to get out no tongs. Sandwiches nice but caje selection s8ckly. Very little cream and jam provided for two. At 3.00 asked if we wanted what we hadnt eaten boxed up said we hadnr finished. Tgen although there was us amd another table staff staring taking table clothes off tables aroundvus. Very unprofessional spoilt atmosphere. Staff obviously in rush to get home. The girl who took our payment actual walked in front of us into a taxi

Disappointing Afternoon Tea and awful Customer Service - Do not get Married here!

I booked my wedding here and was shocked at the terrible customer service and quality of food I received after visiting for champagne afternoon tea. My experience with the venue overall was shocking given the good reviews- they didn't handle my cancellation in a professional way and management refused to speak to me. There was absolutely no effort from the staff to retain my business or regain my trust.

Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Nice experience the sartoria sector is modern style and very beautiful, breakfast there is a large variety and dinner of sure more than normal il plates.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful, clean rooms. Lots of quiet seating scattered throughout communal areas. Decor was relaxing, food was good, and overall a very nice weekend retreat.

Massive evening function, did well to serve maybe 300 chicken curries but not great.

I went for a spa day, included pool gym jacuizzi steam and sauna. Two half hour treaments lunch. Staff were all friendly no rushing dressing gown towels slippers provided. What was nice, was that you could stay in dressing gowns all day and not change for lunch even though there were other people around.

Went to Orsett Hall Hotel for my cousin's wedding...We had a lovely time and the venue was well decorated staff were very helpful ...Didn't get to see much of the grounds .

Great venue for our friends wedding. The onsite Chappel was beautifully decorated and perfect for their civil ceremony. The hotel itself was excellent having lovely reception rooms leading to the dining area which was later transformed into a disco for guests to party the night away.

Loved this place had lots of fun the children had lots of running around in the garden, we had a wedding there on Thursday afternoon and it was great time and the staff was very nice and polite and work hard, the food was great ans there was more than enough.
