Security should check that everything is in order .. and keep out the people who make noise .. don't abuse their role and keep people out just because they don't like you .. once for jeans once they invent a girl doesn't like your presence ..
I have had the worst experiences with this company through all experiences, I ve had them as employees for businesses and they have been entirely unprofessional in the way they filter their staff.
I have also had extremely bad instances as a patron. And just now, one of them was an uber driver but still wearing their halo uniform has been abusing me. If you re going to run a business that deals with people, make sure you hire people that are good with people, not abusive, aggressive, and straight up inconsiderate of all situations.
If your going to drive uber, don t wear your other jobs uniform either.

This Company does not stick up for their guards I don't recommend to anyone wanting to join them I've only got to work six weeks the politics and backstabbing was unprecedented the worst so far Global guards weren't this bad its because they Hire anyone and don't have class management and hence class guards find work elsewhere if someone doesn't like the way you look you will lose your job
I arrived to the Campbelltown hotel pub at 11:30 pm located on Blaxland road with four of my friends that wanted to have a couple of drinks. The security guard who rejected one of my friends, who got a cab home straight after he was rejected from entering the facility which me and my three friends were allowed in, then all of a sudden we all weren t aloud in. Thanks HALO security to show how unprofessional your organisation is mangaged due to the lack of training your employees. I have told all my club owners to drop them for having indequate staff to understand the differences between having a personal problem with a particular person than one person to a group of people. Unlucky for the pub on blaxland road.
I was a member of the public on the public walk way after Ivy had spilled out and was asked to move on. As its not part or private property i Said no and got threatened by a member of halo . Asked for badge number and name he refused and coverd it up.
Taking leagal action for intimidation and threating behavior.
Most of the staff are good . Should not have guts like this working for the company thinking they are above the law.

Encountered a discriminative security personally to the disability sector totally appalling .
Rubbish service and will kick you out for false accusations. I asked for his badge number and he denied to display his details, the gaurds started pushing and shoving me Kicking me out of Bella Vista hotel, warning me that he's trying to help me so I don't get hurt. As a security officer I'm well aware of the rules and these gaurds were going above the law.. this is un- acceptable.. an absolutely rubbish company, but hey what do you expect they are all on cash..
Shocking staff and customer service at the at Coogee Bay Hotel operating as security. Very unprofessional staff evicted a member of our group for been intoxicated (which if they were i find completely fine). Issue was it was the presenter to our conference who was clearly not and had 2 beers at dinner and 1 at the bar (over 4 hours). When a request was made to reconsider or explain why all they could say was because it was his blood shot eye (PS he had been up late writing the presentation) . He seemed to have power over the on duty manager who also would not communicate. Called us idiots, any one that asked questions on why got told to leave to. Seemed to be protecting the other security staffs bad decision who just went into hiding. Photo included
