I even reported that the parking brake did not work very well.

As a result, I almost had an accident in a descent.
In addition, the brake light bulbs were defective.

The latter offered to clean the vehicle on Friday 22/11/2019 or to change it on Monday 25/11/2019 at 8am. and my insurance talked to them and confirmed them the same thing.

So I went on Monday, November 25 at the Valauto de Roncq dealership.
I made the road on purpose, while I was on Reims.
Once on the spot, I was told that he had no car for me (this is well recorded in the computers of my insurance and was confirmed by the concession ...)

So it's more than half a day of work lost in my case, 400 km and the cost of fuel and toll ... A real shame to see the lack of consideration of a garage ...
Yet faithful garage customer in Normandy or the Marne, I am rather accustomed to consideration at Volkswagen where they lend me recent vehicles, where they clean my car once the repairs made (which this is not the case with this garage!)

I am amazed to see in the trunk of the car that was lent to me, at the level of the spare wheel, syringe drug addicts in evidence.
We discovered this during cleaning, this stained entrusted to my nephew and I hope that he did not get stung with these syringes.
Volkswagen Valauto Roncq will be entirely responsible for any future consequences!
