Absolutely disgusting customer service. My garage door (less than 3 years old) on a new build property jammed shut at the top whilst closing it once evening. Being too late to call out an engineer, we had to remove the runners to secure our garage for the night, otherwise all our possessions would be at risk, due to the faulty door. Garador turned around and said this was now out of warranty and would be chargeable for a call out. Poor quality door, terrible customer service and a company I'd never advise anyone to deal with.

Absolutely appalling quality door, gaps within the door panel itself cause my new build garage to flood when it rains.
Very obstructive and evasive on the phone, ultimately stating their doors are not meant to prevent water ingress.
So, a poorly designed door, poor quality assurance and non existent customer service.
If you purchase anything from this crowd you'll only have yourself to blame.
I've reported these issues to trading standards.

Althought this is the factory, the sales staff were helpful in making sure I had the correct part for a broken lock, took payment over the phone & I was able to collect it within the hour. It helps living locally I suppose but I was very pleased with the service.

I ve had the garage door for 2 years current model. It just jams and stops working all the time. Very upsetting as it makes the content of garage easy to steal and costs money to have fixed.

Terrible garage doors and not interested in aftercare. Will definitely not be using this company again.

Not really what you'd expect from a local company that believes there product is the best on the market. Door was installed on the 22nd February 2020, six months later it still isn't working correctly despite numerous adjustments. Garador have now decided that the original bow arm mechanism is not suitable for the canopy door and that the 'old' 'original' bow arm assembly will work. Still waiting for this to be fitted by a Garador approved installer. They talk a good product but that's not our experience.

Awful company - tried to deliver me an obviously damaged door, I refused to accept the door and the driver reluctantly took the product back with him.
6 weeks later I am still waiting for a new garage door!
Customer service is obviously not a concept this company have taken on board.

Excellent door, had a garador garage door supplied and installed by sts garage doors and I have to say the door is superb, I cannot Reccommend the garador door and sts highly enough

Quite, quite possibly the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. Don't think they have ever heard of the term "Customer Service".

Purchased pedestrian exterior access door for my garage in 2016 that leaks buckets. Asked for help and was told these doors are not designed to keep our English weather out. Surly an exterior door should keep the rain out? Even the original door didn't leak like this one does....think twice.

Have two identical garage Doors - Hazelbury Design GRP Style in Cherry Oak. Purchased and installed in April 2008. In just 10 years these have faded badly. Have discussed with Garador but a poor response. Unfortunately due to this I would not purchase from them again.

I needed some spare parts from Garador Ltd. May I take this opportunity to thank them for their help in sourcing the parts I required and posting them to me so promptly. Their telephone sales team were brilliant and so professional in identifying the parts I required and for the way in which they dealt with my enquiries.

Door developed deep scores acrosss the front soon after fitting. Have tried to get it sorted but now, 9months later no action and little or n o response from Garador.
I would definitely not reccomend usng them

Today '12 6 2019 an engineer from Garador Ltd provided the most helpful and kindly service over the 'phone that I have received from any company for a very long time; an.d it resolved our problem Thank you

Would just like to thank Mark and Bob for being so efficient in fitting me a new Garamatic operator for my garage door in Cheltenham. They were on time and very polite while doing their job.Thank you.
