I want to express my gratitude to Manuela Santini...

I want to express my gratitude to Manuela Santini - for her wonderful assistance in setting up my Mom's new account, so that she can now have an HD DVR in her apartment in an assisted living facility. When she moved in over 2 years ago, the facility did not have the ability to have this arranged. She is almost 100 years old and lost everything due to the flooding from Hurricane Irma in 2017. She has wanted what she had before - the ability to pause, rewind and record her favourite programs. She almost moved because she couldn't have this.
The facility now has DirecTv and it is now possible to have an HD DVR

Last week, I had tried unsuccessfully for several days to try and get this set up for her. Fortunately, Manuela was able to get this set up quickly and efficiently. The set box should be delivered today and hopefully installed shortly. My Mom is thrilled and I am too.

Groove Entertainment manages the DIRECTV service for our Townhouse Association in Red River, New Mexico. Despite the fact they are in Salt Lake City and we are in New Mexico, they are highly responsive to our needs. They have consistently addressed our service issues in a quick and efficient manner and are very friendly and professional in our interactions with their staff. They arrange on-site service from the nearest contractor if we need it. Our Association highly recommends this company!

We just recently had our hotel in Keystone installed with Groove and the change was much easier than we anticipated. The installation was quick and easy and the techs were very helpful and made sure everything was perfect before they left. It s a nice change to work with a company that actually cares about you. We partnered with Francis, he was very helpful from start to finish and was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Groove!

These guys were fantastic! They installed an entire system in our retirement community in 3 days and worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect before they left. Mark S., Brandon P., Mohammed S., and Bernie M. are fantastic. I listened to them give tutorials to our residents and they were so patient and clear with them. Everyone was very happy with their service and I enjoyed working with them too.

I needed TV service installed immediately at a property. Lisa and Bryce got me on their schedule asap and the technicians were out to the property in no time. Brandon, Terry and John were knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to work with. Altogether from the sales office to the customer support and down to the service technicians the entire experience was perfect. Our hotel recently switched television providers and groove entertainment technologies came in did the installation and has provided tech support unlike any other company we have worked with. Two ladies in particular helped out to no end. Brita provided support for me for as we went around and set up nearly every one of our TV's we truly wouldn't have any sattilite with our her. On an unrelated issue I called in and spoke with Lindsey, she went above and beyond sending me pdf files of our channel guide, guides on how to program remotes. She also walked me through the entire process, these ladies were so good and so helpful that it truly reinvented in my mind what customer support should be. They set the gold standard in their profession.

I run a 107 room hotel in and all of our TVs went black on morning. I panicked and called Groove to help me restore service. I, fortunately, got Patrick to help me and he was wonderful!! I am the new GM to my hotel and I don't quite know where everything is, so with Patrick on my cell phone speaker we toured the hotel looking for the Cable connections. Fortunately, with a lot of great conversational banter, we found the problem, fixed it with Patrick's guidance and now, all is right with the world.
I truly appreciated Patrick's patience with me and his ability to make a stressful situation less so. I will not hesitate to recommend Groove to anyone!

Our company has been working with Groove Satellite for a few years. They have been great to work with. This last setup they did for us was very last minute. Groove had the equipment manufactured, installed and had us ready to go before our 3 week deadline. The people are friendly, easy to work with and their customer service is incredible.

Adam Brandt has been an excellent salesman to work with. He was quick to respond to every question I posed (and I asked A LOT of questions). If he didn't happen to know an answer off the top of his head (which didn't happen much), he found the answer and got back with me promptly. He patiently revised a proposal for me numerous times as we worked through our wish list and the pros and cons of each option available. He was able to accommodate everything we asked for. Thanks for all of your help Adam! I look forward to a long and pleasant experience with Groove.

I HAD to use them through our apartment complex. Extremely difficult to work with and serve no purpose. We couldn't go through DirecTV for our HD receivers and DVR, we had to buy from Groove. They charged exorbitant amounts for their receivers, and still had us under a contract! When we had to cancel we return the boxes to DirecTV. Just moved and signed up with DirecTV directly, all receivers were free. No advantages to using Groove what so ever.

Also don't plan on calling them, you'll just get a voicemail and have to wait for a call back. What a joke of a service company.

Groove knows how to please. We had a difficult time locating a DTV dealer willing to handle our remote location and Groove came through. From Taylor Cowen handling the sales, Lindsey Oakeson coordinating the install and Tanner Dunn and Jose completing it everything happened quickly and efficiently. We've worked with other DTV dealers but these guys have it figured out and provided us with the plan and flexibility we desired but had never found. Wished we'd found them years ago. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Had some technical difficulties with some of our Direct TV services in a couple of apartments that I manage. Called and spoke with Patrick over the phone to troubleshoot these issues. His customer service, patience and overall professionalism made me close my day a happy customer! I ve worked with him in the past and he s always been incredibly helpful. Groove is lucky to have him!

We had previously gotten DIRECTV installation by a distributor in Hawaii, The Cable Guy. Terrible service!! Every word that came out of his was just excuses. Towards the end of the installation, I refused to work with him and had a 3rd party helping us out. We recently did an upgrade of the system. This time we went with Groove Entertainment. There was a team of 2 that flew to Hawaii and worked long and endless hours to ensure everything was going as should be. They were very knowledgable, patient and courteous to the staff and residents. From the sales people, the technicians and the installers, thank you for your 5 star service!!!

Few months ago had our Resort hooked up by Groove Entertainment. Bryce and Lindsey were very helpful and easy to work with. I was really impressed with the response time that Bryce always responded to my phone calls or emails. The two gentleman that came and hooked up all of our rooms were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Enjoyed working will everyone at Groove Entertainment.

The techs they sent out to install our new DirecTV system were great. Very efficient and professional. They made install easy and fast for our guests and have been available to answer any questions we have had. We were also very happy with the communication provided by the associates with Groove, which was prompt and professional. They made everything easy to understand and made sure we understood what every step of the process was going to be. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Groove Satellite and would gladly recommend them to either residential or commercial clients.

Groove installed our lock system for our community and couldn't be happier. It's a great product, easy to use and expandable for the future. Definitely happy as a business that we went with them. Groove Entertainment was my life saver today! Our hotel was sold out with only 16 channels working for over 24 hours and let me tell you, that was awful not knowing what to tell your guests. I spent over 5 hours calling DirecTV to get no closer to getting this issue fixed. Within 30 minutes after receiving the phone call from Groove Entertainment our problem was solved. Joe provided the best over the phone customer service a person could ask for. I recommend this company! Keep up the great work guys!

This was my second call. The first call was of no help at all. So I called back and got Patrick.

He also sent me info on how to solve future problems. What a great guy.
