I spoke with Patrick. Patrick was skilled, knowledgeable and kind. He gave me clear directions and in this one phone call helped me get the TV working again.
This was my second call. The first call was of no help at all. So I called back and got Patrick.
Patrick also had a good sense of humor and educated me about my service without making me feel "dumb". I am grateful for service personnel like Patrick!!!
