Steve and Boyd provided excellent service to our hotels. They went above and beyond to install service to 2 different hotels in an extremely fast manner that was also professional. They were able to connect over 200 TVs between 2 properties on multiple floors in about a week. Highly recommend!

Groove entertainment is wonderful!! I work for an assisted living facility and when I need help with any of our equipment or have any questions they are always there to help! They are always polite, friendly and very helpful. I never have to wait long to get help, I usually get a man named William and it never takes him long to get me up and running which is wonderful ...I would recommend using Groove for your business!!!

I m not one to give reviews but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Francis for making everything happen for us. We just got our DIRECTV installed and it has been a night and day difference for us. Our picture quality and programming package is much better and we couldn t be more happy. Thank you Groove!

I have a property of 16 suites and 10 cabins that I wanted converted from cable to Direct TV. At the same time we were opening a new construction 65 room, three story hotel that we were also wanting to get Direct TV for our entertainment system. I chose Groove Entertainment Technologies after doing a fair amount of research online and many disappointing conversations with other companies. My interactions with every person who works at Groove has been a positive experience. From Ryan Toole, their lodging manager to the guys in the field. The field crew that came to us from Utah consisted of Mark, Brandon, Tanner and Paul and they really were the best! Respectful and professional in all their actions around the construction zone and the suites that were open to customers. Paul was very patient in his final walk through with our staff.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. `This company is being forced on our business by Direct TV We must sign a contract with them or lose our TV service. Who does business like this? They said there would be no changes but the first contract they sent was missing some of the channels we had be receiving. Every contract they sent had a problem and the price kept going up. When I starting checking our their service I found more issues. You can't believe a word they say. Direct TV be warned this company will lose your customers!

This company was absolutely amazing. They were so professional and did an amazing job at getting our cancer center tvs up and running. It was not an easy task but they did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. Montana and Colton flew in from Utah to take care of us. They were fantastic. Did not leave here until we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough about this company and Montana and Colton. You will be in excellent hands with them.

We had an issue with one of our buildings not connecting and receiving a satellite connection. Irving, Ray, & Steve were able to quickly identify the issue and fix the problem for us. They made sure to double check everything and make sure it worked before leaving our property. Great customer service!!! These guys were very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

We contracted with Groove Satellite to install our new Direct TV system in our 44 unit motel about 3 months ago. They weren't scheduled to arrive until September but were able to bump up the installed and squeeze in during a busy week. I can't say enough about how professional their crew was both in their appearance and their work. They were able to rewire our entire property and get the new system up and running in a few short days and never one time did they disrupt our property and or the guests experience while they were here. Thanks to all involved I would highly recommend this group... First Class is all I can say

Groove satellite is our 1st choice for product and service for our hotel. Just recently we as a hotel were in need of immediate help with our TV system for our guest rooms and fitness center. The staff of Groove satellite were quick to respond and corrected our issues in a very timely manner. My mother lives in an assisted living facility that uses Direct TV as the television entertainment. With her memory issues, she is familiar with Direct TV and can get around the remote well and loves to record her shows so she can forward through commercials. It had been a challenge, to say the least, to work with accounts from Direct TV, ATT&T, and Groove to get this feature up and running. Technician Patrick Maclane went above and beyond to help us through this mess. While we still are working through the kinks and unable to record programs through the DVR, Patrick was able to help us get the new DVR receiver running so she could watch her programs. Bryce and Lindsay did a wonderful job helping me transition my business to DirecTV. We had over 20 units that needed to be changed out in a 30-year-old building with outdated, iffy cable wiring. Not only did everything get done in a day, but Groove was so efficient they even fixed some wiring and trained my staff on the new system before they left. I've used Groove for other businesses I own for years, and I have yet to be disappointed. Thanks Bryce and Lindsay!

I was amazed at the service we received from Groove Entertainment this Spring! We ordered DirecTV from them for a 131-room hotel that we recently purchased. They gave fair pricing for our new system (a COM2000); and within a week the components started to arrive. We set them aside for their installers who joined us on time a week later. Our hotel is a beautiful vintage building in downtown Cheyenne Wyoming. Of course it had years of old cabling, drops, and splices. The Groove team cleaned up the legacy cables, installed new and more modern stuff, and tested everything to be sure that it met modern standards for carrying hi-definition signals. They were able to do all of this while the building was occupied! Our guests didn't experience any outages. When the time came, the cut-over was almost instantaneous. Very smooth. It was a pleasure having the Groove personnel in our building. When the job was complete, their head man spent two hours training us on the system. I really like that they spoke at my technology level! Thanks to James, Ryan and several other Groove staff. In the two months since the installation was accomplished, we've had a few occasion to call Groove with questions. Their technical support was prompt and thorough. We ordered some other services from Groove recently, including a dedicated channel for the hotel and some music systems. We anticipate the arrival of the installation crew with confidence that they will do another stellar job!

He made sure I was informed on what I needed to do. His directions were clear and he was very kind. And with his help the problem was easily and quickly fixed. He's a gem!

Too bad there isn't a "sucks" catetory. These slimy, lying, jerks slick-talked my mother into a package that was to be $49.99/month, but before it was over, she was paying $125.99/month. They added premium channels that were automatically added to her bill, then they added for this and that, bringing it up to 2 and 1/2 times the agreed amount. When I called, I was put on hold, stalled, and jacked me around. I ended up cancelling the whole thing.

Beware of dealing with Groove Satellite. They are liars, cheats, and thieves!

Sam your Director of Operations was even hands on during the installation to assure everything went as smoothly as possible, now that is impressive service. It is so helpful to know that if a challenge does arrive your team of technicians are local and will help us. We run a small 29 room motel in a remote area in Nevada, people call it middle of no where. We have direct tv service for more then 8 years now and its through Groove.I had some issues always with my old service but recently I have switched to new DRE service, which is really cool I guess. for installation we had 2 technicians stayed with us for 4 days. Brian Hurst and Jared . Natural that they were knowledgeable,knew what they were doing, but more than that very nice and helpful, worked really well even though we were in the middle of our upgrade too. Never saw them sitting or in the room,was working all the time, and I guess they had finished their job in less than the estimated time too. will be pleased to meet them again.

I would give Groove Satellite a five star rating. My experience starting with Aaron setting up the account was fast, efficient, and saved me several dollars.

The installer Eric arrived exactly on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Showed me all the extras that I was to receive, and the install was quick and clean.

I would highly recommend Groove Satellite.

I just purchased a new home and opened a Direct TV account with Groove Satellite. They were here the next day to install. The installer Andy was amazing. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. He took all the old wires out and installed new through my attic so there were no visable wires showing. It not only looks good it works better than I ever imagined. I just want him and your company to know how much I appreciate his professional service and enjoyed having him work in my home. I run a small hotel in Sun Valley, Idaho, the Knob Hill Inn, and I have been working with Groove Entertainment for about five years now. And I must say, they have a team member named Regan Stoker that is absolutely fantastic! There has yet to be an issue that Regan can't find a solution for. He has been available to us 24/7, even helping to solve problems from home on a weekend when he was out with a serious flu. Very impressed with how they worked out solutions to make things work. There are always bugs and hiccups that set projects back but grooves ability to find solutions sets them apart.

Had a 16 receiver timeshare install the week of Easter weekend and even through 6 different DIRECTV confirmations they still managed to get the account FUBAR. They finally put me in touch with Tracy Martin at Groove, that was when things started going right...and kept going right all the way till the job was done. Tracy really went the extra step, if it wasn't for him I would have dropped DIRECTV for a competitor. Thanks!

I had no choice but to deal with them because they operate the DirecTV system in my apartment building.

My DirecTV reciver stopped working so I contacted DirecTV to have them replace it. They told me that I would need to get the reciver from Groove Satellite because they were my building operator. I came to find out later that the customer support representative was wrong for telling me this. DirecTV did admit to the mistake and made good on their end.. but this is where the problems with Groove started.

I called Groove and explained the situation to them, I told them exactly what I needed (a replacement receiver), and explained what DirecTV had told me. They should have known at this point that DirecTV was wrong for telling me this and told me that DirecTV needed to send me the receiver... But instead they set me up for a scam.

They told me that they would send someone out the next day and failed to explain to me that there would be a charge for this visit. I just went with it because I was under the impression that this is how MDU's work. The tech called me about an hour before he was suppose to be at my home and seemed confused about the time that Grove had scheduled me.. They told him a different time then they told me.. Despite the confusion the guy arrived on time and came to my door with the replacement receiver in hand. He installed the receiver and then called to activate it. This is where we discovered DirecTV's mistake. They would not activate it and told him that DirecTV would have to send the receiver. So he unhooked the receiver, hooked my old one up and told me that a new one had been ordered from DirecTV.

When the tech left he asked for my signature and gave me a paper stating a 99$ charge. He told me that I would probably not be billed and would have groove call me about it. They never called me. I called them and argued about it. Eventually I got a number for my apartments buildings representative with Groove. I called and left a voicemail. I never received a bill in the mail or a call back (witch is usually the case with Groove).. So I figured that the situation was taken care of...

Then I got my replacement box from DirecTV... only dang it! the box was empty. Groove had ordered me a recovery kit and not a replacement.

Sure some blame should go to DirecTV.. but DirecTV made good on their mistake. Groove failed to inform me that DirecTV was wrong and took it a step further by misleading me into having them come to my house without explaining to me that there would be a charge prior to doing so.

Today I got a bill for 135$ from give including late charges. I called them and explained how I had been mislead into them coming to my house in the first place. They basically just tried to blame it on me and say screw you. They don't seem to care that they didnt explain the charge ahead of time. they got my signature on a piece of paper and thats all they seem to care about.. I didn't even think about what I was signing honestly.. I guess that was my mistake.. but I was so confused and baffled at the time how could you blame me.

I asked their billing department for recording of the calls. He was able to come up with the one where I called about the bill... But convinently was unable to find the one where I originally called them about needing the receiver and the sent someone to my home with out informing me of charges prior to allowing them to come

Thank You Groove!! You Suck and my apartment complex doesn't like you very much either.. hopefully they find a new operator.

We cannot say enough great things about the service work TJ has done for our clinic. We recently had our internet and phone services changed and TJ went above and beyond what was expected to make sure everything worked correctly and that all our printers and computers were on the same network. He also rewired our phone system which we weren't expecting so that was amazing. The physician came the next day and was very impressed by how clean the work area looked and that no trash or debris was left behind. All in all very impressed with the service work done by TJ.

I live at the Factory apartments in Logan, UT, and...

I live at the Factory apartments in Logan, UT, and I think it s safe to say that most of the residents here are disappointed with the WiFi, including myself. While the WiFi can still load basic websites, all of my devices (phone, laptop, Xbox, etc.) cannot perform to their full internet capabilities. Ethernet is the only way for me to use reliable internet, however I still notice some lag when I play online on Xbox. I ve talked to the staff at the Factory and it seems like the Factory is locked into a contract with Groove, and Groove is not fulfilling their end with respect to the quality of the WiFi. Being college students, we need decent internet so that we may stay on top of school-work and studying, and occasionally recreation. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

I am the owner of our Best Western and we are very happy with Groove Entertainment. We anticipated a switch over period of signal disruptions, but the switchover was seamless. Their customer service has been very helpful when needed and actually answer the phone. Francis was our agent throughout everything and we are very pleased. This company has great price on their DIRECTV and still offer prompt service. We also received a free Amazon Dot as a gift from Francis. Thank You again Groove.
