We just needed our dish re-hooked up after roof work. I believe being told I had to pay for the "repair" in full before the work was done should have and could have been worded completely differently. It made it sound like they were desperate for money. And the sub they hired to actually do the work was incredibly rude, unhappy and unfriendly when he showed up. It just isn't that hard to be nice to people.

Patrick was AMAZING. Working at a hotel, each TV working properly means hundreds of dollars per night. He was able to assist me with not one, but four TVs tonight within 20 minutes. With many options for TV providers for my hotel.. I will forever be a customer as long as I can continue to have support like Patrick has given me today.

Groove came into our Assisted living facility in Idaho's falls. The techs were great, they were very efficient and polite. They helped our residents with any questions they had. After they left the job we were still able to call the techs and have them assist us with our newly installed HD cable boxes.

We had an issue at our hotel where our Directtv working in any of our rooms. It was very frustrating as our other dealership was not answering our phone calls to help remedy the situation. AT&T got us in contact with Groove Entertainment, Joey Plaskett, being our rep that handled the call. He was very diligent in getting us back up and running! He saved the day at our Hotel! I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Joey!

Recently my parents moved to an ALF. When we moved...

Recently my parents moved to an ALF. When we moved we were told we could not have a dvr. After they moved in, the shelter in place started and my parents have been in lock down since. I bought them a new smart tv to stream but I have not been successful converting them. My parents enjoy certain shows that they record and watch on their dvr. I was recently told that other residents at my parents ALF have dvr s. I called Patrick today and told him our story. He was very helpful and informative and walked me through the process of getting my parents a dvr. He is going to check if there is available bandwidth at their facility. Patrick is going to have someone contact me to set them up as a new residential contact. Unfortunately, my dad is dying and the two things he enjoys most is sleeping and watching his favorite tv shows.

Terrible. The HD channels do not work well. At first they sent a technician free, now they are trying to charge me $99 just to get the HD channels that im paying for to work again. If you have any choice at all, you definitely want to avoid them.

He and everyone that I have dealt with was very professional from the start and very easy to deal with. Our customers really enjoy all of the choices in channels. I highly recommend!!!!

I purchased a Groove System for my small motel in Maine a few months ago. I worked with Dan Hegerman who was great. He was very patient and professional, and offered us a product that is perfect for our situation and a good price. The installer was excellent. He did a thorough job - even cleaned up when he was done. We are thrilled with the product and service. My only complaint is that I didn't do this years ago!!

When we contacted Groove Entertainment to help us ...

When we contacted Groove Entertainment to help us set up our own facility TV Channel 50 at our senior assisted living facility in Denver, not only were they exceptionally helpful they literally improved the lives of our senior residents. The channel has provided our seniors with a sense of pride and greatly increased communication between our residents and management staff. I especially want to thank Technical Service Representative Patrick MacLane whose assistance made the experience both simple and enjoyable. What we thought would be difficult turned into an exciting ongoing project. Saying thank you doesn't really seem to be sufficient for expressing our appreciation. But thank you, big time.

Awful Service!!! Sales people and Managers are lia...

Awful Service!!! Sales people and Managers are liars and lied to me about getting a promotion so I signed up with them. Installation guys even told me about the promotion I was supposed to get. I called back the next day to see about the promised movie channels and the installation manager (Seth I think) told me that it was their mistake and they were mistaken about the promotion. He said, 'If I give the channels to you I have to give them to everyone else.' Total CRAP. He offered to cancel my service but unfortunately they are the only providers for my area. I would rather cancel and get Netflix then be lied to and treated like garbage. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!! Installation guys were also over 3 hours late and had to call Direct TV themselves to figure out why the channels didn't work. GROOVE SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!!

William at Groove Tech Support was "a miracle worker" when he saved my day & helped me program my darn remote control to my TV! I'm usually pretty savvy at that but when even Google didn't help, William was there to help & it only took about a minute!

Groove claims to have a "warranty" for 90 days. That is because they only want to deal with you for as little time as possible. We run the facility side of a complex with 236 units and pay thousands of dollars a month it seems like they would want to retain our business. We have had constant issues with apartments not receiving a signal. When we call because of failure of their equipment they make us pay $118 before they will even send any one out. Oh, the parts have a warranty but it doesn't matter because they make up any money lost due to poor installation or faulty boosters or cables by automatically charging $118 just to fix their problem. Its okay though because of the contract you have been roped into. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told,"No, he will just forward the call back to me.". I told them to forget it and that I was going to hire some one else to fix the issue we are having and she told me that voids the warranty. What warranty? I am paying for any service I receive! The people are unpleasant and so is the service!

Fabulous to work with! What I spent 3 months of valuable time working on with a different company, Bryce had negotiated with me in less than 48 hours with the cost coming in at a 3rd of the price.

The installation technician, Dillon, was the most professional technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with and did a great job with letting me know what to expect and training on the system when it was completed.

Ashley, after it was all finished and among many other things, offered to design us a personalized channel line-up for the rooms that looked great!

Will highly recommend to anyone that asks me and hope to remain a loyal customer for as long as my family and I own this 35 room hotel.
