Very rude service and I left feeling like I had been swindled. For starters the older gentleman that served me began speaking to me in a very offhandish tone, after he so begrudgingly presented to me the item I was after I then asked if it came in an all black option to which he said yes but couldn't seem to find any. I said fine I will take this one and then after my purchase had been rung up on the till and I paid he informed there was a 0 refund or exchange policy, at this point I felt very uncomfortable as I wasn't 100% with my purchase granted that's my error I shouldn't have engaged without being certain. However to inform me after my purchase that I am unable to change or return it is poor service. I left and shortly after (4 minutes to be precise I checked the time on the receipt when I bought it and then time I left the store a second time) I noticed the item I purchased was dirty, and had finger prints on it considering it was a gift I went back asked for a refund was denied then asked for an exchange denied. The sales associate who's rude manner maintained its consistency told me I said you can't change it to which I said after I paid he had to phone head office who I was hoping to speak to and didn't get the opportunity to. He then said I could change it if I would like to and presented to me the black item I was intially looking for and at this point I'm shocked the item in question by the way was only a mere $10 so I said no thank I will throw this one away seeing as you are unable to help me. Very very shocked and appalled at the lack of decent service.
