Terrible organisational skills. Absolutely poor for KS distribution, have a habit of not bothering to collect entire shipments! Several KS currently sitting around, waiting for these guys to actually show up and collect for delivery.
Worked at Gamesquest for a couple of months before Christmas. They work seven day weeks and long into the evenings, rushing to get orders fulfilled. Very efficient, entrepreneurial and driven management, hard working staff, a hectic atmosphere and yet everyone gets along! Brilliant place to work.
I have had several dealings with these guys over the years, with direct orders, expos, and with Kickstarter fulfilment. I have always been more than happy with the service I have received from their excellent friendly staff.
Worst shipping solution ever. Brexit/Covid is no excuse for delays of EPIC proportions. Publishers, please use other companies.
I don't think I've encountered such an incompetent company when it comes to shipping orders, it's been over a month since the product arrived in their warehouse and there is still no indication when my order will be shipped.
I was waiting on a kick starter fulfilment from them didn t have much joy when emailing customer services, but spoke to a very friendly helpful person on the phone who was able to answer all my questions. The game arrived shortly after packaged very well and in immaculate condition
I wouldn't even give any stars to this company but apparently I have to give at least one. The worst Kickstarter Fufilment I've ever encountered. They've screwed up pledges multiple times, take forever to actually send anything out and now they've lost half of my pledge including the main game of quite a large kickstarter. Don't use them for UK/EU kickstarter fulfillment.

Ordered Massive darkness Ratlings via Amazon. They took my money and some days later said they did not have the order due to a systems error. However they had the game as dispatched and attempted to get me to cancel the order. Very poor.
Very bad. 1month waiting for support answers and I waiting over 3 month for my order. Nothing is here. And no help.

Love these guys! Bought these games quite recently - super fun. Couldn't have asked for better service, the guys really know their stuff. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Have my eye on a few other games to add to my collection too!

Online board game and collectibles retailer. Lovely people, first class service. They are happy for you to collect from Bordon if you want, but definitely call first as they are not a high street shop. Highly recommended.
Big credit to Gamequest (GQ)cus team. I wrongly used the parcel box used to be sent by GQ with old label for my 2nd hand transaction. It made the box wrongly sent to GQ warehouse. Their cus team Sam held excellent communication and support to get the box repackage and ready to resend. Very appreciated their help!

Stop using DHL as a delivery partner. I will no longer be using your services until you switch. Will tell everyone I know not to buy from you, because everyone hates DHL with a passion. Everyone.

Very poor customer service, I would certainly not advise anyone to use them for kickstarter fulfilment. No communication at all, I recieved 40% of my order two weeks ago and have had no confirmation on well I will get the rest. It has throughly ruined the whole experience for me.
I have placed an order on the site for the item massive darkness elementals on Friday the 17th. At the same time item was also sold through ebay. So gamequest is honoring all the orders made through ebay and ignoring my order made through the site. Today they sent me a message telling me they do not have enough stock. 7 items sold through ebay after my order. (Most of them on Saturday and Sunday). never ever ever again!
Great customer service both via email and Facebook. Due to issues with shipping containers the arrival of my KS for ASOIAF was delayed and I was probably more a hindrance to them as was necessary but they always responded and kept me up to date with what was happening. The Facebook team were always polite and a pleasure to chat with.
Brilliant choice of collectables and toys including marvel figures, Harry Potter and many more favourites even pepper pig and bing! also a very extensive board game range from your classic boardgame monopoly or scrabble to fallout, and much more complex games
Awful company, selling items that they do not have in stock and then holding money.
Ordered a couple items and after a couple of days I still hadn't received any sort of confirmation email, so I rung them up. Apparently even though the website said they had them in stock, they didn't and would take so many days to order my things in. I cancelled my order and went to the games shop aldershot.
Terrible Kickstarter experience. Never got my game fulfillment copy of Subterra. Wrote to both their /contact and /support email addresses for months trying to get someone to help me out. I even offered to pay shipping a second time because I was really excited about the game. They never answered a single email. The kickstarter founder just referred me to Gamesquest's website, and they never answered me. It's not even poor customer service, its just a total brick wall. I'd NEVER use this company for Kickstarter fulfillment, and I'll never back a game that's going to use them again. Just abysmal.
I bought Massive darkness elementals through Ebay and now have been told they have no stock to fulfill my order, as per another review it looks like they didn't even have the stock for the website orders let alone Ebay. Have to question the standards if they over sell that much. Very poor
Horrible fulfillment company for Kickstarter projects. Dear project founders, please don't work together with GamesQuest. Backers have to wait several month till they get their games. People on KS allready stop backing projects that have GamesQuest as fulfillment company. I'm still waiting for a game, which GQ got at the beginning of september. Now it's december... At mid octorber I recieved a part of my order (2 of 7 items), the rest they forgot and said they will send as soon as possible. 1,5 month later now. No tracking number. No games. Have half of my game here and can't play because of the missing items. I'm not an unpatient person, but what GQ is doing is just unfair to everybody who put faith, money and energy in producing and backing KS games.
One of the worst companies I have ever used for board games. Terrible communication and kick starter creator's are rightfully leaving this company fast. 3 of my deliveries took over 10 weeks to leave the warehouse and 2 others over 7. Don't use them if you have a choice. Awful service. Oh and a policy of sending UK deliveries last to kick starter backers is just frustrating.
Games Quest is a great place to buy games. Sometimes they're a little high on the price of things, but often they are just average. However, their customer service and sales people are brilliant; a nice reminder that sales people are real people too. I have also had a couple of Kickstarter projects fulfilled through them and have never had an issue.
Ordered through the GamesQuest Amazon page as the game I wanted was advertised at an incredible price. The game arrived well packed and 3 days before the earliest delivery date estimate. An absolutely faultless service and a very satisfied customer what more needs to be said.
