I was shopping around. They are just like other internet providers in Serbia. With others form a cartel which will rip you off. Their "packages" are designed to sell you the products that you even do not need. You can not get internet only. They force one to get cable and phone too. It is ridiculous. There is no competition because of cartel. That is why prices are so high in Serbia.

If this rating could be a minus, believe me, it would be. I personally would be ashamed to call myself an internet provider if I were you.

Often a picture is braked, not a normal channel, I mean a channel like Diva ... which, for example, now conveniently releases Christmas movies that both old and young enjoy ...

I've been using their adsl and ip tv for more than 15 years because of a change of residence, I'm very happy with their services, which is quite ok, I've never had problems with equipment or the like, this people writing negative probably has a problem with their computer or bad phone line .

We signed contract for Net access which include 100Mb/s. Few days after activation my net is superslow. I called them and they told me that THEY CAN'T PROVIDE ME THAT DOWNLOAD SPEED AND THAT WE SHOULD SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT WHERE THE DOWNLOAD SPEED IS 20Mb/s. Hilarious company.

In the technical support, a supervised worker reports and says there are no conditions to terminate the contract except to pay ... bypass in a wide arc ...
