Great customer service both via email and Facebook. Due to issues with shipping containers the arrival of my KS for ASOIAF was delayed and I was probably more a hindrance to them as was necessary but they always responded and kept me up to date with what was happening. The Facebook team were always polite and a pleasure to chat with.
