Expensive for the services you recive, however the location is good & the facility is one of the biggest in cairo

I had bad experience, the rooms not totally cleaned and the communications with the stuff not easy .

Booked online, duplex room with Nile view, reception were friendly but definitely could be improved, the room was nothing like the booking showed, it had a city view which was a an online option that i didn't pick, i called the reception been told to wait, time passed by with no respond , went down and contacted the manger, long story short i got another room with a spectacular Nile view with large balcony.
Near the city center, security is every where , nice outdoor seating for breakfast .

The hotel is a beautiful old building. It has a great location overlooking the Nile and within easy walking distance of many good restaurants in Zamalek. There is a beautiful open air swimming pool and a wide variety of shops and restaurants within the hotel complex.

Excellent room service and very clean .. you can spend a really Joyful time there .. but the costs are bit high

I especially mention teacher Marwa was at the top of ethics waited for the Czech Republic that a long time to intervene and caught me in the room overlooking the Nile, and especially the professor Ahmed Rom Sirvers treated more than professional and friendly, a beautiful hotel and experience will be repeated a lot of thanks

Old Furniture Room pls Housekeeping is Unhlepfull and do not Change sheets daily. Services in a general sense in most of the hotel sections is not as expected from 5 Star hotel

So fancy place, I really liked the place and how the lobby is so fascinating. The place has a lot of great restaurants and casinos. The staff also are great and well trained as for what I have seen. Also,the decorations and how fancy and overwhelming they are. I loved the place to be honest and hope I can stay there again and enjoy it in a good time and good accommodation. However the place needs to be more understandable with signs of where to go and how to reach your room or how to get to a certain place in the lobby. It should be more smart oriented.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Zamalek. They have a nice restaurant that you'd probably like to dress up for, a great Japanese restaurant as well as a laid back outdoor curly fries-serving area

The staff in the Executive Lounge are very nice, professional and friendly. A special thanks to Alaa Ahmed she was very professional and helpful in assisting us with what we needed. I would recommend the Marriott to any friends and family from the United States.

My home away from home. The only place I stay when I'm in Cairo. It's not as modern or fancy as some of the newer hotels, but it is definitely got it above any other place when it comes to service, the variety of dining options and the location.
