One of the most luxurious places in Egypt excellent hard

Have a good garden cafe and restaurant inside, you can sit there without need to being a resident guest!

Pretty good a little expensive about the others The only ugly and uncomfortable with the whole smile It was relatively dirty, dust in the mirror, as many days as we left, '' 8 '' the number, e-broom did not get in. Breakfast is wonderful, eating good and beautiful building '' old palace ''. Two people 100 euros a day If you are not ill with cleanliness I recommend it, I will be worth it again.

Very good for business meeting closed to downtown and transportation also the hotel has a small parking area for cars with capacity about 20 to 30 cars.

Excellent hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. I stayed here for 3 week's when I was working in Cairo and found the hotel to be very comfortable and and a great place to work and stay. My room was very nice with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was excellent. The front desk staff was very accommodating along with the concierge staff. The hotel has several restaurants that are very nice and a wonderful outdoor restaurant/ lounge where you can spend the evening with friends and a huka pipe. The hotel is very beautiful with alabaster floors in the lobby and I always felt very safe here.

Marriott always is the best. But this one has a really different atmosphere. Very corded yet organized. Almost all nationalities are there. Huge rooms and excellent service.

The hotel is great and beautiful and there are many facilities but the price is very high and in a very strange way means every month the prices of food, beverages and facilities are increased and so are the room rates ......... Also the entrance and exit service at the reception takes a long time

The hotel is very very nice and has a very wonderful location and very excellent where it overlooks the Nile in the best place and has a very good view and service is excellent and wonderful and the reception is very honorable and the rooms are very clean and the team very helpful and nice and the location of the hotel in the center of Cairo next to shopping and parks

A five star hotel is very elegant located on Neal Zamalek and it has wedding halls, casino and night, as there is a cafe really more wonderful either from the service or wonderful location

The customer service offered at this hotel was like none I had ever experienced. The staff were incredibly courteous and thoughtful, and I was treated like a queen. I appreciated how everyone went above and beyond to rectify small issues that I had, and they consistently checked to make sure everything was handled well. Gorgeous property, good food, great location, and even better staff. Special thanks to Tamer and Ayman for making my stay such a wonderful and personalized experience. Will come again!

A++, 6 stars! Beautiful hotel! We told the hotel it was our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond. They lined our room with rose petals, filled it with cakes and sweets. But even without this special treatment, the hotel would be 5 stars. The lobby, and grounds are so beautiful. The staff is very nice, the rooms are luxurious and clean, and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much :-)

Very nice old building at the entrance. Used to be a palace. Service is ok but the rooms can be quite bad. So it depends how lucky you are with the room and in which building it is. The AC might be noisy and having air flowing on your upper body while you sleep + it can be quite noizy and feel you are on the street.

Spa specialist Marwa is really professional in her job and very very capable and a great addition to the resort

Such a unique and royal hotel located at the best place over the nile and overseeing all of Cairo..
This amazing place was a huge castle before and till now if you stay there you will be treated as a royal princess.

It's good hotel in Cairo, but the traffic to this hotel is not so acceptable.

Today I had a day use by the pool, the service was just amazing totally worth every penny I would recommend people to go have a day use there instead regular hangouts, the hotel is just amazing filled with astonishing decor! Everything was just top notch
