I can believe that marriot treat their customers as they do not know any thing.
I ordered from the menu chocolate crocont . They brought a chocolate cake with two different colors and caramel sauce.
When I explained to the waiter that, he insisted that it is and when I try it I'll find it crunchy.
So, I did and of course it wasn't, I told him so and he told me that he will tell the chef. I asked him and what should I do now? He reluctantly ask me if he should take it off the bill? I replied if course and take away.
It is safe that Marriott join an expanding expansive outlets who are treating us as we know nothing and that we will just swallow anything without a question.

The place was love and all the staff were exceptionally nice to us especially Ehab(reception), Mona(Lounge), Zeinab(Spa). Plus it has a rich history spanning years and years. I highly recommend it for anyone that can afford staying there.
P.S Did i mention there is a Breakfast and Dinner buffet

A lovely hotel from the old age hotel within a museum

Beautiful, impressive, clean with courteous staff and plenty of amenities. Its negative is the air conditioning have an end to the cold that does not close and you are forced to put it in the hot. In public areas you freeze. I highly recommend it, but if you make the right temperature it will take 5 stars!

Best location in Cairo. Also my favorite hotel by far. It s got great staff especially on the executive lounge on the 18th floor on the Gezira tower. I love the view from Gezira tower facing Gezira club. You will have a perfect view of the Nile and the Tower with all other landmarks in the area. The hotel carries a lot of history where the original building goes around a century back with lots of stories.

Great place overlooking the Nile and excellent service

Very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and a nice gym. The location was also perfect being just along the nile. The only slightly minor point was the attitude of some of the staff.

We had the most amazing stay at the Cairo Marriott Hotel during our stay in Cairo. First of all, the location is perfect! It was easy to get anywhere in the city and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. We actually ended up eating inside of the hotel more often than we meant to as there are so many restaurants to choose from and each one impressed us more than the last. The breakfast spread was superb - there were new, fresh options every day. The staff were all unbelievably friendly and helpful, we felt like we were actual royalty sleeping in a palace! It was so nice to come back to such a tranquil, relaxing property after spending our days exploring the hectic city. We had such a fabulous stay - we can't wait to come back!

One of my favorite hotels in the world because of the history and views.

Very good but expensive. Especially if you want to drink alcohol.

Great hotel in great location. Sadly, the public restaurants don't have Nile views, but the views from the Nile view rooms are fantastic. As of February 2017, there is ongoing construction and the pool is closed, but I hear that should be completed by the summer.

Yaret develops more and includes a dedicated spa space for ladies

A wonderful, beautiful place and I spent a beautiful day with my friends. This is the second time I m there, but there is an employee who is not good enough to work in the swimming pool.
