Excellent service (although not terribly busy). The lady I dealt with was pleasant, efficient and courteous and the procedure was completed in a matter of minutes

In and out in 5 minutes or so. Very friendly and courteous staff. Don't know of any other provider for similar services but definitely I would recommend them.

Very convenient location for the East end people. I was there around 10 am on Friday, there was not line. The service was pleasant and very efficient. I got my results by email the same day before lunch. I really recommend the place.

I went in for my fingerprint regarding a job position on a saturday. The lady that attended to me was super nice, i barely had to wait, the service was quick and afterwards she explained and answered all my questions. There was also free parking. Definetly i would recomend this place.

I applied for the RCMP outside Canada. At first, I selected the wrong delivery package and wanted to change so that I can receive the RCMP faster. There were some complications during the process, but in the end, the representatives tried their best to make accommodations for my request of receiving the RCMP faster. Like other reviews I chose Gambit cause there was a huge price difference than other companies. They were incredible, especially dealing with my panic as I need an overseas check from Australia during Christmas. They corresponded to emails quickly and answered all my questions. Gambit ID Services offers an easy to use scheduling tool which allowed me to book an appointment which fit my busy schedule. The staff were very polite and efficient. I was in and out of the appointment in 5 minutes and left with free cookies. Made my appointment with Gambit for fingerprints. The site is easy to use to find a free timeslot and the confirmation was immediate. I sent my fingerprints from overseas and they were digitized within a day of receipt and off to the RCMP, then back and scanned to me immediately upon receipt from the RCMP.
