Even with some complications (it was very hard getting good prints) this service was still super speedy and the staff were very pleasant!

This is the second time I have used Gambit's services to have my fingerprints checked for a non-criminal record check. Their services are precise and professional. I feel that going through their services may be better than dealing directly with the RCMP on that matter. Gambit ID Services offered an easy to use scheduling tool which allowed me to book an appointment according to my schedule. The staff were very kind, polite and efficient. I was in and out of the appointment in less than 10 minutes. Their system also electronically sent my Fingerprints Applicant Request Form so that I can check my security clearance process online. It was a great overall experience and I highly recommend them.

It is unfortunate that the Christmas season interfered with quick results. The delay, I believe, was caused by problems at the RCMP mail room and was not Gambit's fault. Communications with Gambit were sometimes unclear but in the end I was very pleased with the service I received.

The service received was excellent. The staff were very courteous and even offered me a coffee while I waited (which was a very short period). The office was easy to find and the process was very quick. Thanks so much
